never had a bad experience with one of these guys

If you have a problem with people with tint or modified exhaust or god forbid in lift in their vehicle, the RNC will be there in a moment's notice. However if an actual crime takes place you might as well call Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane. Even if they bothered to actually look into anything, like actually do some police work to find out who broke into over 12 cars by breaking out the windows they probably would get distracted at Tim Hortons. Not to mention that they couldn't find water if they fell out of a boat. I swear that the RNC and the RCMP are fighting to figure out who is the most lazy and incompetent.
