It was my first time doing my taxes with Liberty Tax this year & I am absolutely pleased with the service they provided. The process is very straightforward & they take the time to explain the numbers & all the information provided. I will be returning for next year's tax season!

Kamla and staff are extremely professional and kind! When I first started working with her and Liberty Tax (Ness), my mother had died of cancer in 2017. She sat with me and really helped me through all the tax credits available to me that I was unaware of. It helped me tremendously and I’m very grateful. I would recommend the Ness location to anyone looking for tax services!!

Kamla is unprofessional and arrogant. My appointment wasn't respected as there receptionist double booked that time slot and Kamla wanted to file taxes for the other party not me, I was rushed and told my file is complicated and isn't a 5 minute file". Chat with her was full of annoying sighs and faces on her end. I ended up filing taxes with another Liberty Tax branch in 5 minutes with top customer service on Pembina."

5 stars really isn’t enough… I've been lucky to have Kamla handle my taxes for over five years. She's amazing… very knowledgeable, and has helped me save a lot more money than I could’ve ever done on my own. But it's not just about the money saved. Kamla really treats you like family. She's always been there to guide me through tough tax situations and does so with such kindness and clarity. Visiting her office feels like visiting a friend who genuinely cares about my financial health.If you want someone who's great at taxes and truly cares about you, go see Kamla. She's not just five-star, she's one in a million. I can't recommend her enough.

It was my first time doing my taxes, I was anxious and worried about how it would go. When I got there I was greated by a friendly face, I took a seat and waited for my appointment. Upon the start of my appointment I was informed of what I needed ( luckily I had it all ) and had fast and effective service I also got to keep my pen. All and all I would go there to get my taxes done again
