As a paint contractor I've dealt with many paint stores over the years and can say Primetime Paint is the best in the city! They are attentive, informative and professional. Doug is amazing to deal with when making an order and Alycia is incredible with customer service.

Went to primetime this weekend to buy paint and supplies for a mural I had in mind. The staff were great at offering suggestions and also gave me time and space to decide on paint colours. The supply kits they have in store are also great quality and come at a good price. Super satisfied with my experience!

Primetime is hands down the best in the city. Extremely comprehensive inventory + incredibly knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and friendly staff are some of the reasons they've been the Toronto film industry's go-to for decades.There are very few endorsements better than theirs!

We ordered our wallpaper sight unseen with guidance from Alycia of Prime to Paint for our daughters nursery- and it arrived very quickly! The pattern was beautiful and was fairly easy to apply . The measurements were spot on as well. We also went back to purchase the matching paint - which was mixed on spot in store ! Overall great customer service fast turnaround. We highly recommend this business .

This is such a fantastic paint store I hardly know where to begin. On my very first visit the service exceeded all expectations. They worked with me to find an affordable priced paint for my daughter’s room. They put my paint code selection into their system to make it easier for me to pick up more - should I need it. Forget the big box stores...this is my new go to paint store. Primetime, you’ve made a customer for life.

Came in to buy paint for 1 wall, consulted with the cashier (young guy), he made a recommendation. Bought it, turns out the paint was not the right finish. Came back, consulted with the cashier, got another gallon but the paint was too thin to cover the previous one and kept leaving streaks. Came in the third time, got a third gallon, finally was able to paint the one wall. Paid over $170, wasted weeks on one wall, and received tons of frustration. I trusted an employee who was confident in his recommendations, later to find out he didn't know what he was talking about. If you don't know - just say you don't know.

I was just there - easy to find and has parking. I entered and was greeted. It was friendly and efficient. I briefly stated what I was looking for and within minutes we had zeroed into best options within budget. I was very pleased with the service from David and I recommend this neighborhood oriented establishment.
