Matt(the owner) was quickly able to give me a multiple quotes on replacing my furnace, humidifier and thermostat —the pricing was better than other companies I received quotes from. Matt's team did a great job with installation and explaining everything they did. After the installation I noticed some whistling noise coming from the furnace, so Matt quickly sent someone (Zak) to fix the issue and he also kindly answered a bunch of misc. questions I had as well. Great customer service and professionalism.

Last night my furnace stopped working properly. I run a business out of my home and being able to fix this quickly was very important to me, especially on a cold day in the winter! I got a response almost immediately late at night when I contacted them and an appointment for the following morning. Really set my mind at ease.Gary was at my door first thing to get me sorted out. He diagnosed the problem quickly, did several tests to make sure he wasn’t missing any other problems, and then told me what was needed for repairs with a reasonable price list so I could budget. Then he got the part needed within a few hours and was able to fix my issue by the end of day. Lovely service, very kind and offered me more tips to conserve energy, when to change filters, etc.This is the first home I’ve owned on my own and I’m still learning a lot about things like this. Gary was kind, did impeccable work, and was really helpful. Thank you Heating Ninja and Gary. I would recommend them to anyone!

Joel and Andrew who came to do the install were extremely knowledgeable. They took their time, explained what they were doing, teaching me about my furnace, my AC and even my hot water tank. They fixed mistakes from previous owners, were polite and made the whole experience enjoyable. If you want a company that will ensure you have the best experience, leave your mechanical room in better shape than when they walked in and trust that they are doing what's best for you....it's this company. We always got awesome service every time we have issue with our heating unit in the basement. Owner( Matt) is very professional, very responsive on call or message, always provided us with reasonable cost and always on time for the time he gives you. I have been using his services for last 5 yrs and I wouldn't call anybody for the my furnace other then The Heating Ninja. I was recommend by my colleague 5 yrs ago and for the past 5 yrs I have been recommending his services to all my friends and family.

Matt and his team are fantastic! I would highly, highly recommend them! One of our furnaces stopped working Mar 15/2020 when it was -24 outside. We originally spoke with Dave who took the time to help us try and troubleshoot our furnace over the phone so he could save us the after hours call out fee. When it continued to give us trouble, Matt was quick to source a new furnace and had his team install within 24 hours. I would definitely use them again for any of our HVAC needs.

Where to start? Matt and Joel are simply amazing. It’s never fun when your furnace doesn’t work especially when it’s below zero outside.Matt came over multiple times to made sure the real problems is detected and fixed instead of just assuming and changing parts that are not required to be changed.Very reasonable priced, he also replaced my humidifier for much less then I was quoted for previously.Would definitely recommend.

I had the ninjas come in and install a new high efficiency furnace and new hot water tank last year and can’t say 1 bad thing about my experience. GREAT JOB!!! Today I had a service request and they were able to get to me. I can’t thank you enough.

Matt is very knowledgeable and friendly. Came over quickly to quote a heater in the garage and was very thorough so I had a complete understanding of what , how this works and different options all while following code. We had our furnace die on Sunday and they had a new furnace installed by end of day Tuesday. I couldn’t find anyone else that could accommodate that (and that was very worrisome because we were heading into another cold snap with temps in the minus 30’s). Matt (the owner) was so easy to talk to and he juggled the schedule to help us out. That’s awesome customer service! Joel and Matt (the guys who put the furnace in) were very meticulous and had it done in the promised 6 hours. I will tell everyone about The Heating Ninja.
