I have worked with Jay for almost 9 years now. We started working with Jay for Marketing Strategy consulting and then transitioned to Leadership Consulting. I would not be the leader I am for my people at work without Jay but I also wouldn't be the leader at home without Jay. I am a better Husband, Father and Friend because of Jay.
