SCAMMERS. DO NOT SHARE CREDIT CARD INFO. They will retain your credit card information after you formally request to close your account. They charged me for 2 months after I closed my account. They lie and say you will get a refund, but they continue to charge.

The machine doesn't work properly, I got a ticket and Their customer service don't pick up the phone. Left a message 3 times and emailed another 2 times. Don't even bother try to reach this ppl, their don't get back to you so you just go and pay for your ticket. Terrible administration and terrible customer service.

Their app lacks choices for parking times that correspond with what little information they post on their signs. I parked and paid for what I understood to be $5 for a weekend day, only to return to my car with a ticket. I did manage to reach their customer service but they stand by their vague information as good enough reason to penalize me. Typical poor experience as expressed by other reviews for all their locations. Next time I park elsewhere, no matter how good the deal that their sign advertises is.

Obviously this business is so happy with the one star reviews and poor evaluation from BBB. I see nothing but a money predator business approach and cares nothing but dollars and cents. Keep advertising lies and false informations and steal people’s money.. I hope your business comes to an end..
