Home Inspection Consultants rescheduled a post-purchase inspection to meet my timing for my inspection as a condition on a sale. This was very much appreciated with the limited time I had in which to complete the inspection.I attended the inspection with Brad. He was very thorough and helpful answering all of my questions. He clearly has a great deal of experience and is very detail oriented.The value of a house inspection as a condition on a sale is clear but there is additional benefit. Especially for a first time home buyer like myself, the report provides a list of what would need to be done if the home is purchased.Being my first home inspection, I can't say much on Home Inspection Consultants compared to other providers of this service but I was glad I had the inspection done and consider it to be a good value.

Brad has done two inspections for us, the last one having been conducted for the house that we ended up buying. I had a fantastic experience with Brad. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain every detail of the inspection. His expertise and attention to detail are impressive, from the top of the roof down to the sump pump no stones were left unturned, that's how he is able to uncover small hidden issues.
