Great place to get a oil change fast and knowledgeable I've been coming here for over 15 years

I just had a fantastic experience with Valvoline Express Care, and the mechanic who took care of my car's oil change was named Nandhu. I strongly suggest it! My search for an oil change shop in Cambridge has been extensive. Cars, trucks, and other types of vehicles are their area of expertise. For all of these different types of automobiles, they provide full routine maintenance. In the neighbourhood, their pricing are the best.

The guys Nandu and John who work here do very impressive work everytime i come for oil change. Even they help for basic maintenance and information without extra charge.

My daughter was nervous to drive back to TO from Waterloo due to the engine light being on and message about tire pressure. I’m 3 hours away, so was nervous myself. She pulled into this VE, where they balanced her tires and ran a diagnostic on her engine. She was good to go, incredibly relieved and confident, and NO CHARGE. What a great experience for both of us. Thank you!

From the point of booking my oil change to getting the service done - absolutely no issues what so ever. Jeremy was great! He is an extremely knowledgeable person and he is upfront and honest and wants the best for you and your car. I initially went in for just an oil change until Jeremy went to check all my other fluids he realized my rear differential fluid needed to be changed as it was black. He did not force me or try to “upsell” he was just letting me know that it needed to be changed as soon as possible. I ended up changing it right there and then. I am 100% going back I had great service from start to finish. I highly recommend Valvoline Express Care Cambridge!

Valvoline Express CareA Review by Hassan HawashWhat a lovely visit I had at the Valvoline Express Care at 2396 Eagle Street on a beautiful sunny day with a touch of a breeze this past Thursday, May 12th.Coming in expecting to meet Johnny at the reception at Valvoline Express Care, who I had just spoken to earlier in the week, I instead was a little startled when I came into contact with Traci. Startled I was, of course, because my male base chauvinist instincts were stirred which I did my very best to keep in check, mind you, upon meeting this engaging young woman who is in charge of operations at this service station.Having gotten past that initial startle, I was duly impressed by Traci’s sunny disposition backed by her professionalism and of course her skill set. I am not talking about any skill set, but tools of the trade backed with certification from a college of very good standing. It is very apparent that she is very competent and very readily can provide logical reasons as to why things happen which can not be said for the service personnel I have come into contact with elsewhere. The wheels are both figuratively and literally turning when Traci takes care of your car. She took care of my oil change and could confidently tell me where the competitor had gone awry. Got my summer tires on. She did a great overview letting me know that I would be best to get an air filter pointing out why mine was no longer effective and finally as a favour she put on my new plates.Like Valvoline’s employee calling card, just behind the reception, states: work hard, be nice and use good judgement, Traci was true to form.Hey ol’ ducky, I’ll be back. I felt very well taken care of as if I were in the company of an old friend. Nice little bonus getting two coupons for complimentary car washes.

The service today was top notch, it was such a pleasure to be treated as a customer and not just a number , our service tech/manager went above and beyond just changing my oil. Explained the various services that should be done within the next few thousand kms. Also explained to me how their undercoating product worked differently than the competitor after I mentioned how dirty vehicle was from my last treatment. Will go back again. Only thing is that it seemed I did not receive my free car wash but I am sure it will be granted when asked.
