I can't recommend this place to anyone. It's got some of the most uncomfortable vibes ever.

Records is impossible to get a hold. They forgot to schedule an appointment for me which led to a huge distress. And will not work with you on urgency and give you this deal with it look. No compassion for someones state of mind

While I feel Lifeways has some good things. I feel more strongly the state and county should allow others agency’s to offer treatment as well as Lifeways. No agency should hold the exclusive contract with the county court, Malhuer County has out grown that model( along with other areas of the state , the rule need revisited and adjusted) and the need for service is so great that one agency could never successfully serve everyone, because everyone is different and not everyone is going to want to go to the same place. People deserve choice. Voters need to know that who they vote for at a county level determines your mental health provider in Malhuer county. We need better education about this system of exclusive contracts and grants. So the public is more educated about the way the system works. If people want choice they will have to vote out the court, or insist on a different options with the court.. or use policy at state level.

This place does not follow through with anything they say. they do not call back when you are in crisis, and there customer service is horrible. you get passed from person to person and made to feel you are just a number. Just to get an appointment for meds its 2 months out. I would recommend this place for a a single person. Please avoid and find a professional place that can help

The wost place to seek mental health. This place dropped me as a client with no direction on how to get help & I even have OHP plus insurance.

If there was any way to post zero. I would. The psychologist will take the word of a dangerous client on ice than they would a family member whom is clean. This psychologist then proceeded to beat my husband to a pulp. The staff heckled my husband and asked if he was ony mood stabilizers. The same question was asked 60 times by ambulance personal. The same was so for Ontario hospital er quickly kicked him out without much of an eximination.. The police were supposed to arrive,yet the insisted the police were not coming so a report could be filed. One was filed with Mal Co Sherrif.

They offer no help, they make their own self-assessment.The staff make their own misconceptions of people.

I have to admit that I haven't always been a fan of Lifeways and if I had been asked more than a year ago I never would have recommended this organization but I am very happy to see a HUGE amount of improvements.I made the decision to come back to work for Lifeways June of last year because of the change in management and I have not been disappointed. I refuse to work for anyone in this field that doesn't truly care about the best interest of the people in need.Today I'm very proud to work at Lifeways and proud to say that we are finally living up to that 'helping people' motto!

This place is an absolute JOKE. It isn't even worth one star. I am trying to get help for a family member. Nobody will answer the phone. Nobody will return messages. I cannot believe they are even open. Some help" they are. Management needs to step it up because they are absolutely WORTHLESS. Do not waste your time."

This place is a joke, uneducated counselors.... Just a place for unnecessary meds.....no real help, BEWARE!!!!
