Bolts missing from access panel they took off and I asked them nicely to put the bolts back on and the worker arguing and yelling telling me I am going to take it home or what?" and later I found bolts lying around on the floor 3 of 6 missing bolts. So it was the worker who misplace them and it is very logical to think that they misplaced them. Called owner because workers were yelling without reason and owner wasn't the help either and yelling at me back for calling? so I am suppose to yell back at worker and argue? Okay that being said owner came later which he said he wasn't but anyway telling me he does not want to work with me anymore? who says that to a customer? well yes I had to call him for maybe it is just a bolts but not because of the bolts it was the attitude and all the yelling. So conclusion is owner is telling me I did everything wrong. I had to suck up the all the yelling from workers for what? why? and as a customer
