Pure Magic Vacations Calgary

Pam persistently came up with solutions to my MANY queries and concerns, and successfully booked us on a wonderful vacation that exceeded our expectations. She proved to be a hard worker, with comprehensive knowledge of her field. (Thanks Pam! : )

My trip itself was good. I did alot of research prior. And agent was helpful in planning 2 families vacations, and responded extremely quick through the planning process. However it seemed like once I paid for the trip and they got my money the agent wasn't as quick to respond or would not respond at all to me. Also was told I would recieve things that never happened either. This is what reflects my rating. My next vacation I will either do it myself or find another agency.

Cheryl has been incredibly involved and helpful. We are very excited to be going to DW, she makes it a very painless process.
