I was very impressed with most of the process. Staff were professional, and I felt comfortable from entering the clinic to leaving. They answered all my questions prior to the procedure. My only negative comment is, after the procedure, I was told my likely diagnosis (pending pathology results), and I did ask a few questions which were answered. Later, likely due to the sedative, I could not remember the answers to my questions and had to rely on the paper given to me with diagnosis. I think it would be beneficial if the person bringing me back home was also present when the the results were given to me.

I was impressed at how fast I was able to get an appointment. Provis runs a very efficient clinic. Staff were very friendly and seemed to all work together to make patients feel comfortable. It was a much more comfortable atmosphere than a hospital setting.

Excellent experience with the doctors and nurses at this location.Very efficient and friendly staff all round , especially the procedure doctor and support team.Unfortunately my appointment was on a very snowy and cold day , and the reception facilities , I felt , are too small to receive the numerous patients that were there at that time. It was a little chaotic with too many snow boots in a pile at the door and a wet floor in the crowded waiting area. It didn't make me feel at all calm for the procedure that followed.

I was in and out in a very reasonable amt. of time about 1 hour, 2 days in a row. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable; answered all of my questions in detail, and were particularly informative before every step from intake to discharge. I could not be happier with my visits. K. Leach

The staff is absolutely fantastic!!!! I would prefer this clinic over a hospital setting anytime of the week. You will feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The nursing staff is very informative and kind with a sense of humor. The docs explain the procedure and any risks and listen to any concerns you have. Immediately after your procedure you are given a breakdown of what was seen during your scope and any dietary suggestions to enhance your health. WOW!!! Thank you so much.

Just had a colonoscopy at this clinic. All went smoothly. Process was quick, painless and doctors and nurses were all wonderful, caring and patient. Didn't take long to get an appointment. Everything was explained to me along the way. Couldn't have asked for better care. Well done!

Recently had an endoscope and everything was excellent from the intake to the procedure all was great! The nurse that did my IV was top rate no marks or bruising afterwards and the Dr's nurses were awesome even made me laugh a few times. All top notch thank you for a great experience

They ran far too late for a 0930hrs appointment, 40 minutes. However, most of the assisting staff and nurses were quite good, only one seemed to be unhappy in her role there. However, the anesthesiologist was fantastic: she too the time and showed the care and concern to ask some relevant questions and “connect” with me. I can’t remember her name, but apparently she was a family physician that is now in the specialty. This woman is great….

My scheduled appointment was carried out exactly on time. The front office staff were helpful and professional. The anesthesiologist was reassuring and asked a lot of critical questions ( I am diabetic). Preliminary results were given to me before I left. Dr Barr introduced himself asked why I need the procedure, and listened intently to my explanation. Altogether a good experience.
