Unfortunately, they screwed up my 2021 filing (was a first time client)! The advertised rate for a simple T4 filing was $20 but I was charged $80+. And, then I was audited by CRA for the work from home expenses /line 9270! While submitting the supplemental paperwork, I noticed that the numbers were no where near what I provided them. Every expenses were messed up and CRA ended up clawing back over 3K with a hefty $200 penalty! Would NOT recommend!

I have paid my tax through them but I didn’t received GST HST benefits and when I asked them about this they are telling me that we can not do in this case and if you want us to solve this you have to pay again. Very unprofessional
