I am a customer of Shaw company. Today, I am considering cancelling Shaw after being treated by people working at Shaw (Intercity Mall) like an intruder. I wanted to upgrade my internet package to a higher one, but unfortunately, I couldn't do it. Even though there was no single customer in the kiosk, three people who worked there to help customers did not even want to talk to me.I am sorry to write this; I was shocked to encounter such arrogance, disrespect, and lack of professionalism (2 ladies and the man at the entrance).I recommend you do not visit this place unless Shaw trains these employees well.

I have been having problems since Saturday. Did the whole unplug plug back before I called. Still had to do it since I don't know how to unplug and plug back things. After 30 minutes thanked her for her help which sadly she could not help. Now waiting for technician call since 2:00. No phone call yet. So we shall see what happens now.

I had terribe expreince with this company. The installation service was arranged on today and I just stayed at home to wait for the technican. While I was waiting within the appointment period, I received phonecall from Shaw that the technican cannot arrive today and the earliest available time will be 7 days later. I expected I should have received the phonecall earlier if they cannot make the it today as I have arranged everything for the move-in. Also, since it is not my fault that cannot make this appointment, I do not expect I have to wait so long (7 days more) to wait for the technican again.

I have never had so many internet connection problems as I have with this service provider. Thank god for Tbaytel! I have used Tbaytel for a very long time and tried Shaw. The worst decision I have made for sure. I won't be doing that again. I'll be switching as soon as I can back to Tbaytel.

I have Shaw 300 and the only time it worked was the first 2 months, now it drops everyday from 9am to 9pm like clockwork. Shaw insists it's an issue on my end, after 8 tech support calls and 3 techs showing up in person. my internet still doesn't work. one tech even stapled right through my internet line inside. Shaw also has T'd off my line to serve a neighbours house.......... Terrible service never works they clearly can't provide what they advertise. save your money and get something else. I cancelled shaw as it was complete Dog**** service. Thanks for ripping me off for 2 years!!! cheers!

Shaw is an extremely poor telecommunications company. I have been experiencing outtage issues with our coaxial cables (TV and Internet) since day one with no helpful support. I have spent countless hours over the last fifteen weeks speaking with Shaw Help to no avail. A technician was sent to fix our problems but they persist. I strongly recommend against Shaw if you work from home or require telecommunications as they cannot consistently provide these services. We are being forced to switch to a company that can provide the services they state, as Shaw has offered no help or compensation for the lack of service.
