Shoppers Drug Mart

Supposed to be open at 8am as confirmed by Google as well as the hours posted on the door. Currently 8:40 with a line of customers outside and employees inside but the store is closed. Apparently they are not allowed to open the store until the pharmacist arrives and they don’t know when that will be.

The aisles are never restocked, there was an entire medicine aisle that was just empty for weeks during flu season. It sucks having to drive to other shoppers when this is the closest one and is never fully stocked with any supplies.

They sell expired Merci chocolate, I bought the chocolate on 27/06/2023, without checking the date I bought because I thought they maintain the proper food safety protocols, but they not, it’s expired on 2022/11/30 after 7 month of expiration date still they keeping on the shelves, I ate already my i felt different taste and I felt dizziness after that I checked the expire date, even in medical shop they doing like this,Then what about medication do they sell expired items,the food inspectors also working for the money they don’t check anything, may be corrupt people work at the place. Please avoid going there, or check before buy anything

Very rude staff in the prescription department. They are also very unprofessional, as they change drugs from brand name to generic without even letting you know. I found out that only at the pick up, and they gave me hard time explaining why they did it. Very disappointed!

This place exceeded my expectations. The staff were courteous and professional, making me feel welcome. The premises were clean and well-maintained, and I found the product I was looking for with ease. I'll be returning for sure and would suggest this place to anyone.

Beware, there is a two bag limit on milk....but they tend to tell you one week that the limit has now changed to 3 bags only to get there take 3 bags, and be told the limit is 2...so beware of this...I had to go across Woodbridge nearly to Weston Rd to get the other bag I needed...does not make me too happy. And when the numbers are brought up the person lies and says it was always 2..

Go to any other pharmacy, I can’t imagine it getting any worse than this place. They may be understaffed, but they still seem incompetent and careless.You’ll wait on hold for 20+ minutes any time you call. Once you’re lucky enough to finally speak to a person, they say they’ll be right back and put you back on hold and not come back.I have never had any issues at any other pharmacy, but this place somehow never receives prescriptions from my doctor through fax or their electronic system. Their communication is terrible, they’re not helpful or offer any assistance. They’ve made it very clear that they couldn’t care less about people going weeks or even months without their daily medication because of their incompetence.Save the hassle and go to a pharmacy with staff who cares and knows what they’re doing.

I will never ever shop even walk in that racist place.I’ll tell every single friends and family member and our Turkish community to make sure they won’t shop and spend money there.Reason why we had lots of liquid donation from people and unfortunately we can not ship them. I went Walmart and Costco they help to items exchange with baby formula or diapers with out receipt.I went shoppers today we had only max 20 items to exchange Manager from shoppers name Lora respond was so rude. You can still be kind or nice maybe you don’t want to help it’s totally fine but if you say I am not from there I won’t do it. That’s mean clearly racist.You are not doing favour for my personal life you will do for babies dying they don’t have a foods.I feel sorry for some people family like her. Definitely no heart to love anyone.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!! Went to the pharmacy and when I tell you it is the most disorganized pharmacy I ever witness. First off all i was told 30 mins and your prescription will be ready, so I agreed and left the pharmacy and went to eat. Came back 40 mins later and they tell me the prescription is not ready it will be ready in another 20 mins. I waited and later was called over to confirm my birthday date which I did, then I was told this was the incorrect bday on file which they mixed my name with another person and they were ready to give me the wrong prescription for someone else medical condition. Please avoid if you value your life!!!
