Took in car in for a recall notice for back up and front grill cameras. Arrived at 8:30, told it may take till noon. Got a shuttle home with a wonderful driver. Shortly after 4 in the afternoon, I telephoned, asking about my car. Was still in the shop!I had somewhere to be at 5, so, was promised my car would be waiting when I arrived . Same wonderful driver picked me up and finally home around 5:15. Phoned to delay my evening event.Everyone I spoke to were friendly and helpful, but I was very glad I didn't sit around the dealership all that time.

I've been dealing with James at Ron Hodgson for almost 8 years. Last week I picked up my new 2022 Chevy 1500 High country. I had great service the second I walked through the door. Randy was there to help me right away, he showed me all of the new features on my new truck and really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable! Mike in finance was also great to deal with. 10/10 would recommend. If you're looking for your next truck/car/suv give James Randy and the team at Ron Hodgson a call!!

I had a break down coming through Edmonton on Saturday. The service department was very understanding of my need to get the vehicle fixed and back on the road so I could make it a medical appointment on Wednesday in Saskatchewan. The service department went above and beyond get my vehicle in a repaired in a timely fashion. Great customer service.

As a women, one of the things I hate most is buying a new vehicle, the way dealership sales people are coming at you before your even out of the vehicle. My experience at Ron Hodgson was not like this at all. From the moment I started interacting with Bo it was such a pleasant experience. The whole team there is amazing and driving away in my new truck I felt so satisfied and happy I highly recommend them!

I usually hate buying new vehicles, I’ve had negative experiences in the past. I wrote an email in requesting information about a used 2019 Terrain I noticed on the website. Ramid answered my email promptly in the morning as I had sent my email after hours. Not only was the whole sale complete the same day, Ramid made sure we were happy with all minor repair and detailing required, and I absolutely love my new (to me) Terrain! Mike in the finance department also deserves a shout out as he was super pleasant and efficient to deal with!! Thanks again Ramid, I will definitely be a return customer in the future!

11/10. The staff at R. Hodgson deliver the industry standard in customer service. They found me the exact truck I wanted, did all the upgrades I wanted, for the best possible deal, all with a smile on their faces. I specifically dealt with Danny, James, and Randy, but everyone at the store is an absolute gen. There was no request too big or too small. They handle everything with care and respect. If you are in the market for a GM product, I wouldn't trust anyone else.

The whole process from test driving a terrain to driving mine off the lot was made easy and smooth with the help from James Atchy and his team!Buying your first car can be a daunting process and unfortunately my car’s shipment was delayed, James jumped in quickly and found a solution while accommodating me with a loaner vehicle.Ron Hodgson GMC made the process much easier by clear communication and always being available to answer questions/concerns.Recently I had my terrain in for its first oil change and some work and I was again greeted with kindness and professionalism by both James and the Service department.Cheers!-Aimee
