It's a Starbucks so it's going to automatically be decent. A bit pricey because of its location in a hotel across from a convention center. Most disappointing for me though was that they didn't have large lids so they were only serving tall sizes for an entire weekend. They were also very under staffed.

Placed in Delta Hilton Hotel, my first place to visit in Canada. Missed first call to collect order. No second call. Did not like set up as compared to the UK.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Prices are SO high and the barista was so SLOW. didn’t know what she was doing on top of waiting for my order for almost 1 hr she did then bad. I’m so upset.

WORST LOCATION. Do not waste your time. Waited 25 mins for an Americano on a Sunday morning. The staff are slow like molasses.

Barrista went on break half way through my order and wrote an insulting name on my cups.Also the closing time seems arbitrary, any time after 4pm when they feel like it.

Pricier than normal cause it's an hotel. Service extremely slow. Waited 20 min multiple times during my stay at this hotel to get coffee. Staff was nice but they clearly had staffing issues. They also don't put out milk and cream so it's a pain to dress your coffee with no stir sticks, Milker's, sugar etc.

BEWARE they do not do star rewards or birthday rewards here! You can scan card for points but other than that you're out of luck! The service wasn't bad and they do have blond espresso! Free 30 minute parking out front, and the starbucks is located in the very front at the hotel entrance.

This location needs much more training. Terrible experience today with the short-haired barista cashing me out. She was not listening to me at all even though I repeated several times that I wanted to reload my card, yet she said I didn't tell her and made it seem like it was my fault. For some reason she thought I was re-loading my Starbuck card, yet using my debit card to pay for the remaining balance on my drink. How does that make any sense???I had no idea what was going on during my transaction. Never has there been this much confusion for something I do on a regular basis at Starbucks. I kept asking at the end if I should tap my debit card yet. She said finally, well

Went to this location this morning, barista’s are very slow. As someone who worked for Starbucks for 5 years they were not working efficiently. The barista at the bar made one drink at a time.. my drink was made terribly. Wont ever go back to this location.
