I had the worst experience buying tv from this merchant. Please don’t fall for them. They are selling defective tv’s. I bought a RCA 48 inch smart TV, only within 15 days the tv screen started to show blue lines and as they don’t give refunds I had to buy another tv. So; I decided to buy HISENSE 65inch smart tv, because the guy there said this tv has no issues and it will be perfect. I paid $750 for the tv and right after 3 months the tv just din turn on. It went on to stand by and the motherboard has defects. These guys are scammers don’t buy a tv or any electronics from them. They will rip your apart and there is no service once the sale is done. I highly recommend not to do any business with these scammers. There solution for my concern was to bring this huge tv to their shop and then they will send it for diagnosis to Hisense and then whatever the cost will be I will have to pay. Just understand one thing don’t trust them don’t buy anything from them: take this review very seriously as I don’t want anyone else to feel this way as they have 0 respect for you and your money!All they are doing is to sell defective or used tv’s with no tax so they don’t get in trouble ! DON’T BUY ANY ELECTRONICS FROM THEM ! If you need peace of mind, don’t even step in the shop.

My friend bought LED strip lights from this store and they worked perfectly fine the 1st time we set them up but then after a couple hours they stop working we try to change the batteries in the remote but it didn't help so the next day we went to the store and they said that they could not exchange it because the LED's where opened. It's sells used items that they do not give you exchanges after they stop working they scam you do not buy from them

I got a 55 inch lg tv of these guys. Let me tell you. They have got wonderful customer service. They checked that the tv wasn’t broken and tested everything was perfect on the tv. A cherry on top is that he helped me put the tv in the car even though he didn’t have to. 100 percent a returning customer.

Rizvi Electronics to the rescue! I needed a laptop charger and came to a store in the mall.Husband notice this place as we were leaving and we decided to give this place a try. I am so glad we stopped here. Very friendly staff and excellent service. Will definitely recommend this place. They let us try the charger at the store to make sure that it works. The prices are reasonable as well (similar to that of Amazon). Highly recommend.

Scammers! Almost costed me $60 to fix my speaker’s charging port! At first they charged me $30 (I already find this price to be very expensive and overpriced) to fix it. We tested it in the store and it worked. A couple hours after, I plugged my charger in to find it “broken” again. I went back and they told me that it was my fault and that I would need to pay another $30 to get it fixed again. Now that I’m looking at other peoples’ reviews, they have done this on many others. And will continue with new customers. Moral of the story, DON’T BUY OR REPAIR ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Condescending and inept staff and boxed products being sold with missing parts. Try and upsell cheap accessories. Keep putting me on hold when I try to explain I'm missing items.Avoid this place if possible.

Great customer service, with a clear understanding that if a product isn't working they deal with you proper. Always have new gadgets. Reasonable pricing.
