We are completely replacing our kitchen and compared prices in Alberta and the US. Ultimately, we saved thousands of dollars at CAS and got everything we specified. Delivery was also very well managed. CAS South has a great crew!

Took out the old brought in the new. Easy peasy, 20 mins tops . Gave all the instructions to wait for the stove to warm up. It was a great short experience

I got the best deal for our wall oven, especially compared to other vendors. Also, they have some additional provisions of discounts offered online.they also delivered the product on time.This comment is related to a new purchase, as haven't experienced their warranty service yet.

Easy to deal with. Great deals. Better then home depot or Lowes by far. Delivery men were amazing. So friendly and patient with me and my 2 year old son.

Everything was very well done - Calvin, my salesman was very efficient and pleasant. He even took the time to follow up to make sure my last item was delivered correctly as he’d been off sick that week. Incredible customer care!My only issue is the pop- up chat is a bit annoying when you are trying to monitor delivery. Delivery was on time as promised. I would highly recommend your company for one stop appliance shopping.Thanks!

I would rate a 5 star for the actual product because it is excellent. But not for the level of dishonesty. The sale went excellent and everything discussed was great. We even had confirmation that items would be moved to our garage at no additional expense as it was a cash purchase. But more specifically had requested this due to the personal circumstances around the move. All confirmed good to go. And then delivery day…Our items were delivered by a third party and upon arrival what was promised to our face by the sales rep, didn’t exist on paper. Which meant additional cash out of pocket. We would have dealt with it in the store if we knew a month and a half ago when we purchased it.But the mind blowing part wasn’t that. It was listening to how their distribution warehouse supervisor spoke to the third party delivery guy. Made my stomach turn and was highly unprofessional. I would have quit on the spot.Customer service goes a long way. So does how we treat others. Please do better.

We were shopping around for a washer/dryer combo and had the pleasure of working with Gary Gill who was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This ultimately is why we decided to purchase here. The delivery was smooth and delivery guys were also professional and friendly. We will definitely shop here again for our appliances.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We bought several items and spent thousands of dollars. Their description on their website did not depict the actual appliance size or configuration. When we notified them of this and asked for an exchange as the appliance would not fit, they indicated we needed to pay a 25% return fee along with shipping. This would have cost us close to $1000. This was even based on the fact we would be buying the correct item from them. The appliance had not even been installed or fully removed from the box. The staff were not accommodating at all and indicated that they would have to sell this as used at a huge discount". The appliance had not even been removed from the box. There are a lot of places to buy appliances

Hands down the best service I could ask for. Delivery was way faster than other places and the guys were so fast and friendly getting my old appliance out and the new one in. Don’t shop around, go to CAS.
