These guys are masters... I've never been more impressed with craftsmanship and attention to detail in my life. Every single guitar I own is going in for the broken headstock treatment I never thought my guitar could look and sound so good... The polished frets and dropped action make for an ease of play I frankly wouldn't believe if I wasn't experiencing it first hand. I'd give more stars if I could... do not hesitate to leave your instrument here, you will not regret it. Thanks guys will be back soon!

Poor customer service, 6 weeks waiting for tuning my Godin. Let a voice message during the long awaiting, never had a call back...My guitar arrive at the shop playable and came back to me not playable with hawfull buzzing strings. I have to found another professional. I don't trust anymore Broken Headstock. Do not recommend this shop. Despite the reviews, something changed and not for the good. Unless you want to take a chance and wait 2 month. very very disappointing place.

Great service, immaculate repair of my 2008 Japanese Epiphone es-335 with a broken headstock. It is now about 8 years on and still solid as a rock.

They did a great job on my Epiphone Les Paul. Replaced the top-but, glued down some loose frets, then filed/leveled them out, changed the stings, and did a deluxe set up. That puppy plays better than it ever has.Thanks guys!

They went above and beyond what they had to. I paid for a regular guitar fix (lowering action, etc). I know they could have charged me more to fix the dents, but they didn't.I went there because I wanted to fix my guitar and sell it. But once they fixed it, it was like a brand new guitar, I never knew it could play so well. I changed my mind right away and decided to not sell it and keep it for myself.The staff were no nonsense, straight up and got the job done.I will only go to this place from now on for any guitar issue I may have. Recommended to all my guitar friends.

Don't gamble with your guitar anywhere else in the city. Everyone here is an absolute pro. They transformed a guitar I've been playing for nearly 19 years into something feeling brand new with a completely pro setup, and were happy to educate me when I asked questions. No nonsense workmanship and really nice people too.
