My first time servicing my Toyota at this dealer as I recently moved. From the start Niton was so friendly and helpful. He asked me what the service entails and let me know of what to expect. I also used this opportunity to check out the new cars and the salesperson Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in deciding on my next Toyota. I instantly wanted to buy a car from him. I was thinking of splurging on a Porsche or Tesla but with this Toyota dealership I'll have to keep coming back here! Thank you, your dealership is seriously the best Toyota dealership I've dealt with!

Natalie and the team made me feel so welcomed as soon as I stepped into the dealership for the first time. This being my first car purchase I felt so comfortable, and not pressured to make the purchase. She answered all the questions I had and helped after with a service Ontario questions. If she couldn’t help she would recommend me her other colleagues here at the dealership. A big shoutout goes to Hafiz, for helping me with all the paper work needing to be submitted to register the car under the business. Lastly, Matt at service is also great for helping me with some carplay issues/connectivity. Super happy with the process, and the purchase.

Car Service and staff always great. Now that service writers have to do their own cash out extra time added to visit. Car complete had to wait an extra half hour. Otherwise five stars.

After was being tried to rip off by many places in this current car market, I came across the honest and helpful persons named “ Moe” and Manger named “Hafiz” who not only help to get a car immediately but didn’t charge any premium in this crazy car market nowadays, and made my car buying experience superior.In nutshell, great people, honest dealership and best in class customer service.

Thank you Natalie for making my experience at Burlington Toyota much better this time!!! When it came time to think about the shortage of cars out there I thought I better start working on a new leased Rav even though my current lease didn’t expire until April 2023. On top of that I was damned if I was going to deal with another male car salesman who was going to talk down to me, so was insistent on dealing with a woman this time. Natalie wasn’t available at the time but thankfully manager Dan took me in hand and gave me a quote based on 2022 pricing as 2023 was not available. When “Ravi” was delivered sooner than expected, Natalie worked hard to get my new monthly lease cost down to what I’d been originally quoted. So thank you Natalie! You rock.

I went to Burlington Toyota apprehensive of dealing with car salesmen, luckily I met Natalie - A knowledge car sales-woman, i was so happy at how she handled the sales, no pressure at all, and the ton of information she helped me with to allay my apprehension. Buying my Rav4 was a joyous experience here. And I’ve been assured I can come to them if I encounter any difficulties with the car.

I purchased LED replacement tail lights for my 2010 LEXUS RX450h. After watching the YouTube video of the installation I decided to have this done by Burlington Toyota as this involved routing wires through the back hatch, hinges and into the light harness. The service department was amazing with their attention to detail to make sure the lights were compatible and fully functioning for brakes, signals, 4-way etc. I was impressed with the friendly and personable staff and the professionalism of everyone. The mechanics not only made sure the new tail lights worked but noted some of the front parking light bulbs were not working and replaced them as well. I highly recommended the friendly staff and service department of Burlington Toyota.
