Riverside After Hours Walk-In Clinic

Went to Riverside Walk-In Clinic .. was told that I couldn't see a doctor because in 2018 I was aggressive in their office. What the broad is saying is 100% false. I never even visited the place or any doctor anywhere in 2018. I am confident that she made a mistake and mixed me up with someone else. I've never been rude to someone at work doing their job in my life. She said I was aggressive and made a scene in front of about 10 people with their children. I can't even begin to explain how embarrassing this was. I also don't know how to go about rectifying this situation. Being accused of this is not a good feeling at all especially when none of what she is saying actually happened..

Awful Dr Cheema who’s there didn’t help me at all told her I suffer from panic disorder and needed my script refilled she refused and said she couldn’t do it there. Meanwhile every other one does. Then tried to put me on some anti depressant medication I’ve never even heard of. Her manner was very cold and rude. Don’t come here. She needs to resign and spare everyone emotional torture. Completely unethical!

Rude reception, rude Doctor Cheema. Seems that patients are nothing but aggravations to them. And it's pretty telling that they have to rely on businesses within their same building to write them glowing reviews to try and boost their online rating (I'm looking at you, Compression Stocking and Bracing - they work together for pity's sake!) Talk about conflict of interest.And before the clinic responds, no, you won't have any record of my visit, because my online account doesn't use my real name. That doesn't make my complaint any less valid, since it seems that many people here feel the same way. Maybe with so many complaints about rudeness, you should address the issue.

I have been going to this clinic since it first opened, and I have had nothing but great experiences there.Dr. Cheema and Dr. Andary are both very knowledgeable and emphatic doctors. They are not your usual walk-in doctor who just wants to medicate you immediately for the benefit of the pharmaceutical industry.They both listen and care and give you great advice and knowledge about the issue at hand.Dr. Cheema is especially very empathetic and I have found her to be a very caring doctor whenever I have brought up a health problem that I was dealing with. We are lucky to have her in this city as one of our best doctors.I send everyone that I know there and not once have I heard anyone say that they had a negative experience.10/10 clinic. Highly recommended!

After trying many clinics, some that were supposed to be open and weren't and others that wouldn't take my 84 year old Mom, we went here. The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The doctor saw us quickly and was very helpful.

Dr. Cheema is the coldest woman I've ever met. Didn't even say hello to me on entering the room where I was waiting for her, but simply snapped out, What do you want?" I told her I was there for a simple injection. She didn't say two words to me after that. Gave me the injection and said

Dr. Andary is fine, listens and gives forward feedback, and patient.Dr. Chema was condescending when I needed to make a walk-in when it was available, as my family doctor was only taking appointments.

Gone twice for baby/toddler related issues. Had the same doc both times. Can’t remember his name but he’s an older man. I can tell he’s very knowledgeable, gets to the point and explains problem/resolution. Answers questions. The first time we barely waited. Second time waited maybe 10-15 minutes. I’ll definitely keep going back there rather than er or any other urgent care clinics. Especially if we can see that MD every time.

in my first visit I was told by the receptionist. A blonde lady to wait in front of the window as she is do busy printing paper so I agreed . After half an hour waiting at the front I watched her chatting with a young lady at her office . Stretching. Laughing while I was standing there feeling so stressed and neglected as I'm invisible person. Until the other lady told the Receptionist which has given me her back to notice me and register my appointment until she turned to me and realize I was still there waiting for half and hour . WHAT A disrespectful person she was . Trying to smile and talk nicely to me .I spend half an hour watching you chatting and never give me the attention I need . The blond receptionist you have to learn how to respect and give the attention they deserve .WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN TO THIS CLINICthird updatevisit dr cheema complaining of my symptoms not improving despite completing the treatment , she interrupt me ,said everything is ok , she let me go home without prescribing any medication , told me these symptoms will go awaywhen i visit another clinic it seems it was resistant infection and they prescribed for me 2 types of antibiotics .never ever will visit this place again

This review is dedicated to the Physicians(especially DR Cheema), and the Staff. I cannot believe the reviews. Riverside Walk-in CLINIC-CLINIC-CLINIC. It’s a clinic for non emergencies. They zero PSW, RN or RPN’s on staff so if you complaining about wait time, not getting your butt wipped And Not being chitchatted while you’re in the waiting room it means that you’re selfish , self-centred And impatient. Your medical issue in a walk-in clinic is no more important than the next persons. Dr Cheema is the only DR my 4year old Will let near him she’s a wonderful doctor caring and professional. Peoples attitude these days make me sick.
