Tax Rescue Inc. - We Rescue Taxpayers in Troubles with the CRA.

I was in a dire situation resulting from some back taxes from a decade ago. It was hard, shameful, and stressful. I cold-called CRA Tax Rescue after a google search pulled up their name. I am so grateful to this company and their employees. They were kind, caring and understanding. They helped me shed a weight and burden that I had been holding for so long with dignity. They didn't come cheap but they were what I needed! Thank you CRA Tax Rescue!

I am quite pleased with the professional services offered. They conducted a thorough background review of my tax situation, provided helpful answers to my questions, and were responsive and timely with their customer service. Fees were reasonable. They brought my multi-year, incorrect tax-filing situation up-to-date and achieved my expected/hoped for outcome (pending confirmation from the tax man!)

Back in 2019, I had not only many years of unfiled taxes and backpay owed to the government, but a foreclosing hanging in balance. Now, the good thing about this company is they have the tools and know-how to help you recover and thrive again, because they know how to deal with crisis themselves. So they understand. They'll work with you, especially in the beginning when everything is a mess and you just need some answers and direction. The turn around time for responses was really reasonable/fast and, considering the time sensitive nature of unpaid taxes, that efficiency always helped communications with the government. It's two years later, and I'm back on my feet now, and a big turning point was from CRA Tax Rescue, who helped me get my finances together again from literally the lowest financial point in my life. After 2 hours of trying and getting sent right back to the beginning multiple times I found a phone number to call, yeah right. I was put on hold immediately and told the average wait time is 3.5 to 4 hours. Two hours of waiting and the call disconnected. So no, not very helpful.

Amazing customer service and followup. I got 9 years worth of tax assessments from Canada Revenue Agency and I was overwhelmed and discouraged from the content of the assessments until I called CRA Tax Rescue. I was unable to make it to the Richmond Office during the week due to my work duties in Mississauga. CRA Tax Rescue took the time to book me in for Sunday noon which worked out well for me. They also provided a comprehensive feedback from the tax assessments. The good news was when I was told that I was not owing the Canada Revenue Agency. Thank you very much for the Amazing customer care and service.

Very unprofessional. They booked a meeting at their office, wasted half of my day only for me to find out that their rates are for corporations doing millions in revenue. I am a one-man corporate consultant looking for accounting service at 1/5 of their rates. Also, they insist on their tax advisor wearing a mask and she can't speak proper English and so it is very hard to understand her. I raised that possibility before the meeting and they just brushed it aside. So as a client you go in and you can't understand what your potential account is saying.

Their name really says it all, they rescued me!I hadn’t filed for a number of years and was basically living in fear of what could happen due to my negligence. I had reached out to other firms, trying to explain my situation all they did was tell how screwed I really was.After little while I was beginning, well continuing to loose hope, then I found Tax Rescue.During my initial consultation I was instantly relieved. It was almost as if during our conversation I could feel the weight being lifted of my shoulders.Now I’ll be honest, as far as their rate, it is a pretty penny. But when you’re in a situation like I was, you do want the best. The best isn’t cheap, but I guarantee they are worth every penny. They also offer payment plans.It’s been almost two months now, and during my initial consultation I was told my situation would be sorted out in 3-4 months. Not only did do what I believed to be unthinkable, but they did it record time!On top of their amazing service, is there customer service. There wasn’t never a time when I couldn’t get ahold of them.They operate with knowledge, professionalism, and dedication.When they tell you they’ve got you. Believe me they do. They rescued me.Thank you Tax Rescue Inc. for all you did for me.

They originally were not able to help my dad with his tax situation and charged him a couple of fees anyway. However, after I reached out to them, they were able to explain to me why they were not able to help, refunded most of what he had paid and were even kind enough to offer free future help with the case should we need it. The senior consultant was very helpful and professional. Overall I would recommend these guys but you also have to do your due diligence. Only reason I am not giving them a 5 star review is the initial misunderstanding.
