Arrived at 1:30pm and was immediately informed that their tapioca wasn’t ready. It’s a bubble tea shop and your main product isn’t ready at 1:30pm? Terrible business practice. Whoever owns this location should really review their business practice and not be surprised for their poor google rating. The staff member wasn’t even friendly nor apologetic about the fact they couldn’t provide us the product we came for.

Won’t be ordering from here again ordered drinks had specific preparation instructions one was made incorrectly and once I called regarding it staff was rude, argumentative and have bad customer service said that if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay again for it to be delivered after I had already waited over 28 mins just for my first order and they don’t even know when my refund will be issued

As other reviewers have mentioned, the customer service at this location is awful. I ordered drinks here today because I happened to be shopping at T&T; otherwise, I would not have come here specifically for bubble tea. There was only one employee working and I was in a line up with 3 people ahead of me. The set up at this location is not great - if the line had been any longer, I'd be blocking the entrance of T&T. When I got to the counter, the employee did not greet me and stood there expecting me to give my order. After I received my drinks, I asked whether I could get stamps on my stamp card and her response was, We don't do that anymore." Perhaps she was unhappy that she was the only one working there by herself

this has got to be the worst milk tea ive had in edmonton. it looks so white for a reason, it was like im drinking 1% milk, no tea flavor at all.

I ordered a bubble tea an hr ago and the Tapiocas weren't even cooked. They are solid plastic texture and so hard to chew. What a waste of money.You guys should tatse the Tapioca before putting in people's tea.Bad bad bad experience today

This Dream tea location ;A small pop up location, located inside T&T supermarket.A lot of selection on drink menu.They are offering Bubble waffle on Friday - Sunday as well.Taste wise was delicious dream tea standard.

White peach oolong cream cheese float and lychee jelly is quite tasty. Much, much better than any of the drinks made by TNT but also more expensive. I'd rather spend more for a better drink. Convenient location. Husband brought it home with groceries, so no experience with customer service but would be interested in trying other drinks just based on the flavor of this one.

My wife ordered 4 Bubble tea, expecting the sago already included. NONE was in any of them with the add on. Was told that the server was not pleasant and needs to learn about customer service.

Bomb bubble tea but one of the staff that’s usually working is always unhappy or comes off with an attitude…they do work there all the time so maybe she needs a break but like the attitude makes the bubble tea service uncomfortable. I think y’all need to hire more employees to give her a break and then she can be happier when working. Since the service is a thumbs down I have to give it a 2 star rating maybe if there’s happier people working I’ll bump it up.

Most confused business that I even been. Extremely unfriendly customer services which I can’t even hear any replies or smile when I say “Thank you” during the whole visit. Their opening hours never match with the “regular hours”on Google. Their labors must be exploited and free.
