Im very happy with my experience at this store and let me tell you why . Firstly, they were very friendly and patient with me when my banking app was giving me trouble. And very polite when instructing me where to wait due to covid rules . They are always polite over the phone and consistent with their customer service and product service ( I had bought a phone from them yearrrsss ago and had a great experience then also) . My phone was broken on both sides . He gave me an estimate of the price to fix it, made sure I was comfortable with the deposit amount and even suggested a better option to my problem that would save me money .They fixed my phone in 1 day and it works perfectly now . They are a trustworthy business. I'm not surprised I was referred here by two different people :)

I have purchased cell phones at this location a few times. I have also had a screen repair done here as well. The selection is good and my repair was done in under 30 minutes. I received friendly, helpful service. Highly recommended.

Reasonable prices, and good customers services ! It took less than 20 mins to find a good phone, very knowledgeable and they told me I could call them anytime if I still need help with my new phone. They have lots of good choices with all all phones so you don’t have to look around too much. I would go there again to buy another phone. Thanks again! I had a great customer service experience.

I should of came here first! I was about to get a new phone LGG6 for my 11 year old daughter. The lady and gentleman offered me the phone, screen protector and case for 160 dollars!! I would highly recommend this place.

Best place to buy a phone ever. These guys are super helpful, been going here for years, I always leave satisfied. My husband and I put down cash on an iPhone 11 for my daughter for Christmas, gave us a great deal. Will be happy to see her face on the big day. Thank you teleworld, as always one happy customer!

I went in to get the screen replaced on my I Phone. The staff were Knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and extremely courteous. My device was accepted with in 5 min of my arrival, and was completed earlier then promised. I received a phone call within 50 min saying my device was ready for pick up. I also grabbed a few original cables, which were priced very reasonably compared to the same product from Best Buy or Apple. I was finding it difficult to choose a phone case, one of the gentlemen came out of the booth and spend several minutes to see if we could find one together. Once I concluded that none of the cases in stock would meet my liking, he gave me a case and a glass screen protector as a courtesy. This level of customer service and genuine dedication to help the consumer is hard to come by these days. Thank You for such a pleasant experience!

What a great guy. I bought a phone here not too long ago. The man didn't try to oversell me anything. We looked at the price comparisons online and he sold it for cheaper. You can tell that his customers like him. Two other customers visited him while I was there and praised the man and his way of doing business.

Never ever buy a used phone from this location these people are scammers and are not transparent when making sales. I noticed after the second day of using the phone the battery life was horrible and the phone wouldn’t even last for an hour. He also never mentioned that battery life was bad and he clearly sold me a phone which he knew wasn’t working properly. He also told me I had warranty for a month.I came back after 3 days and told him the issue with the phone and he said I should have known there would be issues with the phone since the phone is used. I told him I wasn’t a phone technician and that he should have told me the phone had an issue before he sold it to me but clearly he was trying to make a sale and he clearly didn’t care. He then starts arguing with me like it was my fault and that I didn’t have a right to get the phone fixed. He tried to charge me again to replace the battery. These guys are scammers and will sell you a bad used phone so that way you could keep coming back for repair so they can take your money these people are not trustworthy and what goes around comes back around.They don’t care about the customers and will deceive their customers just to make money it’s actually very horrible. What’s the point of buying a product if it’s not going to fully work, I would have spent money on a flip phone that would have more battery life. There’s a lot of used phones that last long but he was trying to act like there’s always something wrong with a used phone if it’s purchased. It’s not the phone, it’s just a very shady deceptive cell phone shop.

Best tech store around. Join the family and bring your issues to them to address. They couldn't revive my dead phone. Well... that's because it was dead. Hahahaha. But I default to them 99% that 1 % is when I am far away from them and need something and am outta town. Either way pay them a visit. Reasonable prices and they are knowledgeable about techy things
