I came to Lucky Furniture at 4271 Sheppard yesterday and I felt very happy with my experience there. They have various new fashion furniture and excellent service. In addition of that the pricing and quality are also the best. I got what I wanted there and will definitely go again if I have any need for furniture.

A lady said she is the owner, when we decide to go other stores to take a look and compare the different mattress, she’s attitude changed quickly, said she owns so many stores, all close furniture stores are owned by her, just go to compare it. I really doubt that…I won’t come back to this store again, just don’t like pushy salespeople, feel really uncomfortable.

Very bad customer service i came to buy a mattress and was asking about the options and the prices and the lady was very rude wasn't communicating and at one point she told us you are at the wrong store!!!!

I bought a new sofa , bed and dining table from Lucky Furniture and very satisfied with their product, which is some Canadian made and some Chinese made, and I got all the options with my budget, also they can deliver and assemble with fair price. We've dealt with other furniture stores before. You win some you lose some. We've have 2 consecutive good purchases with these guys. Delivery is on time. They will do what it takes to keep their promises. I bought a second mattress later on and they made effort to custom make it for me even though they've stopped selling it.
