Jiffy Lube

It was my first time at Jiffy Lube today. Guys were professional, honest and polite. I didn’t feel like I was being pressured to purchase more then I came for. I will definitely be back.

I went in to get an oil change and had the best experience. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The work was completed quickly and I was impressed that they gave a quality check at the end. Overall, best drive through oil change I’ve had in a very long time. Will definitely be back.

First of all, great service! We came to Jiffy after a terrible experience at Discount Lube on Upper Sherman and Crockett and were so happy we did. We stayed in the comfort of our vehicle, the staff was friendly and informative, not pushy, and we didn't have to wait an hour to get in. I've paid anywhere from $50-$200 for an oil change but $100 all-in was reasonable for synthethic blend plus it came with 3 free car washes.The location is tucked away on the weird Limeridge road/lane between the Mall and the Linc, so I recommend entering off Upper Sherman and when you pull in the parking lot on the right (west) side, follow the lane around the back to the mechanic bays. Definitely a 10/10!

Was first time. The gentleman explained the options for oil change, with $10 off coupon, plus 3 car washes and also collected air miles. Advised me I needed to change air filters which I do myself. Much better service then the dealer where I wait for hours

These people are very professional and friendly. They check all of the fluid levels and the tire preasure as well. I go here for all of my oil changes. Feels good to be looked after so well.

Visited Jiffy Lube near Limeridge Mall in Hamilton for an oil change inspection etc. Got excellent customer service! They detailed for me anything that needed a top up such as coolant etc. All were done proceeded to fully inspect my car had a few minor issues again all were fixed.Each employee at this location I dealt with was great helpful and friendly. Don't have a negative thing to say about them. I drove off feeling better that my car was well attended to and a happy customer!!

Great experience everything wasexplained to us. I think topping up windshield washer should be included in the price when you're spending over 100 to have the oil change done.

Very professional and knowledgeable. The staff was very friendly and made me feel at ease during the oil change. They explained what they were doing all of the time. I will definitely go back to them for my oil change.

5 stars for the outstanding service I got from the team at Jiffy Lube Hamilton on Saturday. The oil filter on my Rav4 was massively overtightened" by the dealer during my previous oil change and the filter was literally welded on. John worked on it for almost 45 minutes and finally got it off in pieces and got me back on the road again. The whole team there were very professional keeping me informed of what they were doing. Highly recommend Jiffy Lube for your next oil change at a fair price!"

I went for an oil change today on my car as well as my mother's. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. Very clean and polite when asking questions. They showed me the filters and oil stick.. I am a returning customer.
