I recently ordered a Starboard sup from Surf Ontario. The price was great. The shipping was fast. Communication was excellent. Mike even threw in some patch material for another sup that we have. Highly recommend these guys.

Surf Ontario gets it right with customer service! After a year of happy whitewater kayaking with Surf Ears that I had bought from them, I managed to lose a teeny tiny piece of one of them that renders it non-functional. I contacted Surf Ontario to ask what my options were for replacing the part and even though I'm on the other side of our massive country in rural British Columbia, I'd say I got as awesome service as I would have received if I had physically walked into the shop! Mike sourced the part, put it in an envelope, it showed up at my door, and I'm a happy kayaker again. You guys rock!!!

Just purchased my second SUP from Surf Ontario. Service was fantastic both times - I ask a lot of questions and they never hesitate to answer them.Edited to add: Both boards have been purchased online and shipped, hard board and inflatable! Haven't had the opportunity to visit the shop but look forward to it at some point!Edit #2: Turned out the inflatable board I purchased had a slow air leak. Buying through Surf Ontario meant I recieved impeccable customer service from Mike! Again, with lots of questions Mike always responded promptly while communicating with the manufacturer in resolving the issue!

Just got my first sup from them. Service was great, I had a few questions and reached out via email and they always responded within minutes (which is amazing and made the whole experience that much better). Picked up my board same day I bought it. The staff was nice and store looks like it has a lot of gear. Highly recommend this place!
