This is the number one place to buy Cigars/Cigar Accessories in Windsor. Ray (the owner) was very kind, welcoming and knowledgeable and I cannot wait for my next visit. Ray also was so kind as to give free goodies (matches, cutter, a hat!) with my purchase of a good Cigar. I highly recommend anyone, both new to the world of cigars, as well as veteran smokers, to stop buy this very clean and well stocked business. If I could rate higher, I would!

Best cigar shop in Windsor. I worked with Raed and he is very knowledgeable about cigars. They didn't have the particular cigar I smoke but he was able to find me a similar substitute that was perfect. All the cigars he suggested for me to try were just fantastic. The man knows his stuff and has some high quality product.

Ray the owner has a beautiful store, large humidor room with a range of quality products including a signature house brand all of which he stands by with the utmost integrity for his customers. He is a very good person and delivers excellent customer service. I recommend everyone visit here for a cigar for ANY occasion! Very knowledgeable as well!

Havana Castle from Toronto to Windsor, consistent quality cigars and reasonable prices. Love all of their shops, the Alec Bradley Texas Lancero was a bit dry, but no more so then the others Ive had in the past. The other three cigars were perfection. Brilliant quality and fantastically smooth taste.Highly recommend visiting this shop to serve all your tobacco needs.
