What a great company to deal with for our custom vanity! Williams exceeded all expectations! He made 2 visits to ensure precise measurements and patiently answered questions / offered suggestions to best suit our needs. His team then made and installed the vanity faster than expected (with zero issues). He was able to match our paint sample and provided exact drawings that ensured we could visualize and make changes before the vanity was built! Totally satisfied and already working with him on our next project!

Premiere did an amazing job renovating our living room! The work included installing a new gas fire place, custom marble/wood mantle and side cabinets. Williams and his team were very professional and courteous and responsive to questions/concerns throughout the process. Design drawings were well done and detailed and allowed for a few iterations to make sure everything was as we wanted. The installers took great care in their work. We were very happy with the end product and would recommend these guys to anyone!

Williams and His crew did the most incredible job renewing our kitchen cabinets that were worn and often falling off hinges. The perfection of the Job exceeded my expectations and in a timely manner. I love the fact that it is a small family owned business. He was patient and dedicated to making sure all our needs and expectations were met.His Crew were fantastic to work with. They were professional, courteous, reliable and trustworthy. They were always there to address our concerns. We have very high standards and the work was done to perfection. There are no words to describe how fabulous Williams and his incredible team are. Williams truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy from the beginning to the end. His work is incredible and went well above our expectations and now I'm excited to see what he'll do for our next project. Williams and his team helped design and install shelving for our entertainment unit as well as a storage cabinet in our mudroom. His communication throughout the process was excellent and he was always available to answer any questions we had and took our ideas and recommendations into account. We are happy with the finished product and would recommend Premiere for your job!

I waited a few months to write this review to see how I truly felt about our experience with Williams (owner) and this company. Just a note, clients are offered gift cards for good reviews by this company. We have not accepted any such compensation for this review.We paid about $67,000 for our kitchen cabinetry and fireplace. I don't believe the owner's intentions are bad, but I do believe there is some lacking in overall ability of the company as a whole. The end result looks great on the surface, but working with the owner and company was full of drama and confrontation. The owner is dictated by his emotions, jumping to conclusions and yelling at us about how we were interacting with our other vendors without anything to substantiate such accusations. One of his employees stuffed cardboard behind our cabinets and mistakenly cut one of the panels, then tried to cover it up. Having said that, Williams did correct that situation. There are several other issues that we are still currently dealing with (measurements for our bar fridge were too tight and cabinets had to be cut, dishwasher door panel is way too heavy (voiding our appliance warranty) when we did provide the specs sheets).Although our kitchen looks nice on the outside, for the price we paid, I am certain that we could have found another company to do this job with the same (if not better) quality and more professionalism.

Williams and his team did an amazing job designing and then constructing the dream built in for our basement. From incorporating the 3-sided fireplace installation that we really wanted, to ensuring that we had sufficient storage space, Williams showed his expertise and attention to detail throughout the project. The installation team was very polite, efficient, careful and clean.The finished project is absolutely fantastic (see photo)!Having done several large scale design and construction projects, we can honestly say that working with Williams and the team from Premiere was a pleasant surprise. The work was done on time and on budget (virtually unheard of in this industry) and the finished project even exceeded our expectations!We would unreservedly use Premiere again and wholeheartedly recommend them.

We had a new gas fireplace installed in our heritage home. Premiere Custom Millwork and Fireplaces was recommended by our mason. Williams came by and did some careful measurements for the mantle. The work was done on time, on budget, and the installers did a great job fitting the mantle around the gas insert and stone hearth. Incredible craftsmanship. Highly recommended for top quality work!

Williams did an amazing job being patient with us and reviewing all options before we committed to moving forward. He paid extra attention to detail and listened to all out requests/asks. We were really worried about running the gas line outdoors and he ensured his installer was aware of this to explore all options.The end result was fantastic, we couldn't be happier with the quality of work. They were able to hide the gas line, taking additional time in the install to do so and the fireplace looks amazing in our basement. I can not overstate how amazing it was to work with Williams. From start to finish the process was so easy and the end product exceptional. The construction process is often very difficult and frustrating but working with Williams and his team was the opposite. He took the time to help us select designs, styles and colours and was patient with changes. When we were undecided he even made samples in our finish and style. And there was a huge selection of finishes and styles to choose that were completely on trend (but he had everything from traditional to modern).We looked at many cabinet makers and no one had the breadth of items we were looking for - of course he manufactures vanities, kitchen cabinetry and wall to wall entertainment systems but he also made Murphy beds, and even a custom table in the same matching finish as our cabinets. He had so many special inserts to choose from to optimize the functionality of every space.Williams’ team did custom cabinetry for our entire home. All finished products were top quality and on-time. In fact, he was flexible throughout if we needed to move up an installation or push one out to work around other trades.I would recommend Williams to all my friends for the process, selections and the beautiful finished products.
