i was quoted 260 for opening and cleaning the pool.it was specifically mentioned that opening includes installation.they charged 2 hours of labor and another 80 dollars for a fitting (2 to 1/2).ended up paying double what was quoted.they said it was a bad setup so they are charging 2 hours labor even though they were there exactly 2 hours.i guess if it was a good setup they would have done in in 0 minutes since they charged 2 hours labor as extra work.they cleaning was ok. also after 520 the setup is still not complete. they charge and additional 200 bucks for installing thermopump. the pool is 16 by 8 feet by the way.

I took a pool opening service which also included pool cleaning. They did not do a good job in terms of cleaning. Still lots of debris around the drain pump

Piscine Platinum nous as sérieusement aidé comme personne n’a réussi à la faire. Nous avons un petit hôtel dans Les Laurentides et nous avions une fuite dans notre réseau de distribution d’eau potable sous terre. Nous n’avions aucune idée de l’endroit de la fuite et nous aurions dû excaver sur plus de 300 mètres à la pelle mécanique et à la main pour trouver la fuite. Nous avons appelé des dizaines de compagnie et aucune n’a pu nous aider. Par chance, l’équipe de piscine Platinum a su nous éviter énormément de frais et de problèmes en identifiant exactement l’endroit où étaient les fuites.Un immense merci à cette belle compagnie professionnelle de nous avoir réellement aidé quand nous en avions le plus besoin.

Was a good company when I first started with them, they got big and customer services seemed to have gone down. Was told the reason I was not getting a lot of pressure in my pool was because the filter was not straight (it was actually you that changed the sand). Had another company over to open the pool who said it was not the filter being a 1/4 on an inch off but just needed the screws tightened better, they did this and I have never had such great pressure in my pool....so it was actually misdiagnosed by your company last year at the closing....
