Fries are still the same as they were years ago pretty dry, and the chicken was meh. If you get the bucket of chicken, you might be ok.

I rarely, if at all leave bad reviews but I can not let this one slide. l will not go back to KFC again. The chicken breading was half off, on about 1/3 of the chicken, there was a puddle of grease in the bottom of the bucken and the fries were not even cooked. They looked white and were rubbery. I have found in recent years that all KFC chicken size is absolutely ridiculously small. I will buy the precooked chicken from the grocery store befofe i go back to KFC again.

Worst chicken I have ever got at a KFC ever, fries were cold and discoloured. The one piece of chicken I tried before throwing out was dripping with grease falling apart and tasted strongly of lemon spices

Everytine I order from this KFC they NEVER have Fresh lettuce! Always brown or off colored. Do not buy from here.

Spent $40 dollars on a triple bucket that includes 6 pieces of chicken, 4 tenders and popcorn chicken and a large popcorn chicken and 4 dipping sauces. They forgot my bucket of large popcorn chicken which I had to inform them of. Also, the 6 piece bucket of chicken only had wings and drums in it. The chicken also looked like someone mangled it before putting in the box. The dipping sauce I requested was wrong. The quality of their product and the service at this location are extremely poor and I will no longer be given them my business. Zero stars.

My god, if your employees can’t comprehend simple English, put them in the kitchen. Twice in a row you guys screwed up my order. “No lettuce and regular mayo” pretty simple instructions yet here I am watching my upset wife scraping the pepper mayo and lettuce off of her wrap again.Your stuff isn’t cheap guys, nor is it hard to follow simple orders. Will be in touch with “David” tomorrow if that’s who’s actually in charge because the employee I talked to “wasn’t sure”I remember when KFC northside was good, it’s crapped the bed for sure. Almost as bad as Burger King is now.Get it together, have some pride in your job or get some locals working there and pay them a living wage. After I get this meal replaced I won’t be back.

I just had 4 piece chicken .The chicken sandwich as well for other person.The worst I ever had ...Tasted like old chicken re heatedThe fries were old ,stale and cold. No sauceEverything was cold. Might as well get it from their garbage bin.Take out around 4pm.I'd give it minus 5 stars if it was an option..North side KFC is the worst ever

This place has changed so much since new owners have taken over. Prices are too high and the food is very greasy. When placing an order in drive thru, you can hardly understand what they are saying. I lose patience when I have to keep repeating myself, or asking questions about the menu. Not like it used to be.

Never again. Ripped off. Ordered online, waited 20min for chicken to be cooked. Of my order i got 8 pieces of chicken and corn for 46 dollars. No tenders no popcorn chicken. Huge messup and my cards been charged for this bucket. You just lost a customer

Ordered a spicy big crunch, no lettuce. Waited 35 minutes to get a spicy big crunch covered in brown lettuce. Specifically asked for no lettuce twice when ordering. Once before leaving. Luckily. They replaced the sandwich with a lettuce free one once I asked if it indeed had none. Told me to keep the other. Thanks I guess.
