If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible experience for my mother. Forced to go online for everything. Despite answering the phone, the receptionist hung up the phone after telling my mother needs to go online and ignoring her questions. My mother went to the doctor with an appointment. She was then told her referral was are not received (it was sent in as my mother watched this done at the doctor) and the receptionist’s “solution” for my mother was to go back to your original doctor to receive a NEW referral.The receptionist spoke to my mother and patients in a rude manner and told my mother that when the referral came through, she would only see the doctor for 5 minutes.She decided to not return as 5 minutes cannot be an adequate time to discuss treatment.

Unable to book appointments, can't get through with the receptionist to help. I've been trying to get an appointment for a couples months. I will contact my doctor to get me a new referral to another more reliable clinic.

Doctor was very rushed short in the check up , didn't provide anything of substance, told me that i wouldn't have enough money for the procedure that works better. Didn't really have knowledge and misguiding information provided. Just there to charge the OHIP as many people as he can .

If I could give less than one star I would; the receptionists are rude and incredibly unhelpful. The receptionists are hurting the business of Dr.Chang. Will be requested a referral to a more reliable derm.

My experience as a first time customer at dr Daniel chang’s was pretty good I don’t know about these other bad reviews but dr Chang was very nice I did have to wait a little while to get called into this office but it wasn’t that bad. He was a little bit rushed while talking to me but the man is busy and had lots of other people to see so it’s understandable. Im glad it was a quick thing though because he gave me my prescriptions and I was on my way. Overall it was good!

Very unprofessional doctor. He literally googled my symptoms and showed me the results. I could have done that myself, didn’t really need to book an appointment and travel to get my problem diagnosed.He also kept talking about weird stuff. I expect my doctor to be serious about my problem and diagnose it professionally.

My visit today was great I was in and out within the hour. Dr Chang removed a skin tag for me. It seems that he was running the front desk and his taking care of his patients. I would definitely see him again if I have to.

Dr. Daniel Chang is amazing! He knew what the issue was in a matter of seconds and prescribed me something that showed results overnight! My appointment was literally 2 minutes long and the wait time wasn’t bad either! I would highly recommend him if you are in need of a skin specialist!

Dr. Chang seems like a nice enough guy, but man its like he takes on way too many patients on a daily basis and almost speed-runs through every appointment. He barely examined me, barely gave me any info on the nature of what im dealing with, and in fact didnt really say i had an issue one way or another. Just gave me a couple broad options and prescribed me something. I wanted to ask other questions but you could sense that he was rushing, i felt rushed and not cared for whatsoever. He’s the only doctor in the place too so he’s just constantly running around. How can you provide adequate care on such a tight schedule with so many patients and 0 help? Super disappointed with my experience. I have no choice but to go elsewhere for a second opinion.

We had a horrible experience. We waited for 30mins and then, doctor showed up and was in very hurry. He did not listen to us properly and said, thank you within 2mins. My daughter is 8 years old and going through an extreme hair fall. He suggested ROGAIN Women for my daughter saying its safe for kids of her age.
