They did great deal. We r selling our house soon. Our fridge broke down. So we started using the one from our old house. So I needed the old fridge to be taken away n the fridge in garage in. So they said yes they would do that plus delivery no charge n take old washer with them n set up n level new washer. So old fridge n washer went with them. Set up for both is done. Plus brand new washer for lowest price round. Plus its Maytag so know well built. They even set up the yr warranty threw the store. So if something breaks they help u get it all fix for free. All this at time of a sale for washer. So all that together was $1020.39. The staff was amazing from start to delivery. Great service. 100% . Id say 200% all round. Will recommend to everyone. So happy n well pleased.

Wow this place is a hidden gem. The customer service and care was over the top. Tons of Canadian made options to chose from. Purchased a lovely made to order livingroom set. The quality of the furniture is over the top. You we have to wait for your furniture as there are still covid back logs but well worth it.

Bought new fridge delivered 45 min later great guys well stocked with appliances friendly

We bought our fridge, stove and dishwasher from the great people at Old MacDonalds. They were friendly and knowledgeable. We shared our expected date of our kitchen completion and they ordered and stored until we were ready. Delivery was ontime and install quick. Very happy with the experience. Our new fridge was delivered on the coldest day of the year. I waited the recommended time before plugging in but it started to make strange sounds immediately. On phoning Old McDonald's it was agreed to replace (same cold day) the fridge and there has been no follow up required with the second fridge. The sales staff were knowledgeable without being pushy. The 2 young men delivering both fridges were excellent. I would definitely recommend Old McDonald's Furniture and Appliances for Quality in Product, Staff and Service.

We purchased a sofa from Old McDonald’s and were very pleased with the product and service. When we developed a problem with the sofa about a year later I reached out to the manager for a support. He connected with the manufacturer immediately and had a solution for us within a couple of days, and a replacement shortly after that. Friendly, helpful, responsive. We will be returning here for future furniture or appliance purchases.

The best customer service! Brian was amazing to deal with. Very helpful and friendly. Phoned to purchase washing machine I seen on website. Was able to pay by e-transfer which was very convenient. And was able to get next day delivery! Delivery guys were super nice. Removal and installation was really quick. Will definitely be using again for all our future purchases. Highly recommend!
