People working there are great. Kind and helpful. But the company has exclusive coverage on the southern belt of the Montreal greater area. Therefore they're overcharging for their services. Often taking advantage of situations where drivers has no choice. In sum Kind personal applying hard unbendable policy, bleeding out your wallet in time of need. Cold business with a smile

Receptionist overcharged us 550$ taxes and fees for the night of the accident and refused us to go and get the vehicle so we can avoid all this nonsense charges. Over the phone they mentioned that it was only 50 CAD.

In case of an accident they will tow your car to their place were they will charge you for storage and towing and reap you apart, with out your consent
