Im not impressed. The little kid at the store doesnt know how to copy the key fobs. He says the older man that does it isnt back till Wednesday and today were Sunday. This very moment, they have the sign on the sidewalk advertising that they do it. The kid says he left on an emergency shortly ago. It seems to always be the same excuse for someone that isnt reliable. Unreliable people are always gone on emergencies. This isnt the first or second time this happens. The guy is hardly ever there and for those of yous that were lucky when he was, im sure you got a good servce. I wasted my time talking to the kid who doesnt ever have a second option for me or any usefull advise. All he says is he doesnt know and to speak to the guy when he comes in on Wednesday.

Works as advertised and quick service. I am always suspicious of these type of services. But now reassured as my fob has been working using it 3-4 times a day.

What a stupid response I just got from the owner. For your information sir, my feedback didn’t tell you enough information about my key fob to decide if you’re able to copy it or not. To clarify, you copied this chip for me almost a year ago using your laptop and it cost me about $50. My spouse dropped their key set and it snapped off meaning I need to duplicate a new one. My feedback is regarding your staff giving false misleading information, not speaking English or understanding it properly and your lack of presence inside the store. Your response shows more then I had to write here. Thank you for that. It shows that you do not understand my review when I made my expression crystal clear.I walk in many times to get my blue chip key fob copied and they tell me that only one person knows how to do it. It’s an older man that knows how to copy the chip. I took time off work today to go get it copied. I even called the store and asked the woman that is working there if the man is there to copy my key fob. She said yes. Then I later find out that he isn’t coming till noon hour. It’s currently 1057AM on Wednesday, May 11. She doesn’t speak proper English nor does she understand English very well. This is extremely poor service!

I got my fob copy in Ottawa here at MinuteFob. Pretty cool service where you can clone your key fob in minutes for way less money and time than management office. Highly recommended!
