Gouttières X-Treme Plus Eavestroughing

Requested some minor repairs to our eavestrough as there were some spots that were leaking when there is heavy rainfall. The installation was done about a year ago by X-Treme Plus Eavestroughing. When they learned about the issue, they were kind enough to drop by soon and repaired the issue free of cost. Great quality eavestrough at a great price. From the time we got a quote to installation was 2 weeks where as other companies were not booking until Summer. Professional team as well and they matched the colours on the house perfectly. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for eavestrough!

This is my second time dealing with this company. These guys are so good and reliable. Communication was very fast and work was done within 2 days once the estimates were accepted. Price was very reasonable compare it other companies. I dealt with Mr. Dan on the first house and then with Mr. Cameron on the second house. They were both very professional. Very poor material, they don’t meet their commitment for warranty after calling them several times. Had to fix their lousy job out of pocket.. do yourself a favour and go some where else…………………In reply to the company note below: To be clear I contacted the office several time via phone and Email.. I still have the Emails :) they never get back to me with a resolution.. they mentioned they will run it by the owner and that is it.I will never call you again sir and it is my duty toward the community to write such a review and warning…

There is no mistake in the phenomenal reviews listed for this company. Daniel is a star when it comes to communication, expertise, customer service and most of all he's down to Earth. This company is highly professional from the moment you book an appointment until you pay in full. There process is seamless and streamlined. They provide their expertise and are willing to help you make the best choice. Their team install my eavestroughing when I wasn't home. I came home to a clean yard and perfect installation. I followed up with them when it came to my appointment. They had answers and their team came the next day to install. The best eavestroughing company in the area. Don't hesitate to call. I paid my deposit in April (more than two and a half months ago), and they still have not come to replace my eavestroughs. While Jonathan has been very responsive and professional, I am disappointed by the constant delays and missed timelines.Will update this review upon completion of the work.

Workmanship:They did a great job with the eavestrough installation - work looks professional, colours match & when the fellow (Brendon) came to get the work done it was done super fast, despite it raining on and off.Accessibility:Don't be put-off by their location either; though they are located in Gatineau they still came all the way out to very north of Kanata and got my eavestrough done! They speak both English & French, as far as my experience has shown.Pricing & General:Solid service, great pricing and friendly/reasonable staff.
