There are actually places still that offer stellar customer service! I wish I could remember her name, but I think she's the only day person there. She was amazing. Very helpful and even more, I wasn't able to get there before they closed. So she stayed later. I was trying to be quick so she could go home, but she told me not to worry, she was fine. I needed a spot that day and they delivered. Prices are reasonable, facility is nice and clean. I'm a satisfied customer who will recommend them any chance I get.

When all the storage spaces in the Niagara area were full, this was the only place that would maintain a wait list, and they called me back when a locker came available. The most reasonable rates in Niagara. Open contracts, cancel anytime. Not fancy, but after all, it's for storage, you aren't going to live there. Indoor & outdoor storage lockers, shipping door, carts available inside, security system, access your locker anytime.

Manager is never around to get a hold of. There were repairs being done and all the garbage from the repairs were infront of my unit. I just about slipped and fell since nobody cleaned up the mess.

Very nice storage place, very clean, easily accessible, very courteous staff and friendly, they have security cameras so rest assure it's well protected, very well lit also. From what I have seen the have outside storage also. Been with them a few years and never an issue or problem. Oh and they updated stuff too they send out payment statements via email now too. I'd recommend them if anyone is looking for storage needs. Give them a call I'm sure they won't disappoint you
