Called Mr Santos for urgent work needed to repair a sink and two faucets. He was completely professional in all of my interactions with him, provided an accurate estimate, and gave me lots of choices on how to complete the work. He was also very accessible via text message, which I very much appreciate.Work was completed on time, on budget, and was executed flawlessly. My experience with Santos Water was great. I called the plumbers as my kitchen drain was not draining at the speed it should be. Santos Plumber was very efficient and friendly. Very good at explaining the work that he was doing. Their rates may be a bit higher but sometimes you pay more for such convenient service. Overall a good experience and I will certainly recommend Santos Water Service & Drain to others. Thanks.

Santos Water Service & Drain
Santos is the best plumber I’ve ever used. He did a large remedial job on my sewage drain a few years ago, and another preventative one earlier this week. In both of these instances, he was friendly and very easy to work with. His rates were very fair and very affordable. He solved even difficult problems quickly and efficiently. And most importantly, he is completely trustworthy. I recommend him to all my friends, and he’s the only plumber I would ever use.

Last week had a major emergency with leaking pipes in the bathroom. Santos arrived promptly to fix the problem. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and dealt with the issue in an efficient manner. He took his time and provided excellent service. I was very pleased with the service I received. I would highly recommend Santos plumbing. They are very knowledgeable, prompt, conscientious and incredibly efficient. They fixed my backed up plumbing system in a couple of days including digging and repairing underground broken clay pipe. Look no further. They are the best!
