Spagnuolo & Company

This has been the worst experience with a lawyer company. They never answer the phone, they never communicate with the client. I even had trouble with them letting me know how as I supposed to pay them. Only got a phone call from them giving me the date on which we were meeting to sign in the documents. Turns out my name was not correctly spelled, and they wanted to charge for a tax that as a first time home buyer I was exempt. Seems like I ended up being the lawyer for myself. It took months to get my official documents of ownership from them, and this only happened when I had to call them several months after to ask for them. Initially they said I was going to get them without having to call.If you want to work with them, save yourself some money and go to a notary. I will never recommend Spagnuolo Real estate lawyers to anyone. If you want to work with a lawyer, definitely go find another lawyer firm.I think postivie reviews here are probably given by realtors who probably get commision from them if they refer there clients. I know some other people that will also never recommend Spagnuolo.

Over-promising - Under-Delivering, We've used them twice, wont use them again.
