Creekside Cats Boarding Hotel

Our cats stayed here for a month and it was a 10/10 experience. our cats were happy as can be, we were able to stop and visit and we were ever sent update photos when we weren't able to make it in.

My cats spent 3 days at the cattery. Judy sent pictures of my cats. She took good care of them. Generous and helpful.

I had a fantastic experience with boarding my two fur babies at Creekside. Judy was welcoming, available by phone or text and responded to any messages quickly. I even received pictures many times during their stay so the separation anxiety was lessened. The faculty was perfect for the boys two week stay. They had a safe window to get fresh air, two cat scratching towers and even a chandelier for ambiance. The three door system gave me complete piece of mind that they wouldn’t accidentally breakout. One of my cats doesn’t like treats but I laughed and told Judy that he actually loves cheetos, when I came to pick them up I found that she had brought cheetos to give to him. I’m pretty sure Judy is his new best friend. I would recommend Creekside to anyone needing to board their cats for any length of time, you can rest assured they will be well taken care of and given the love and attention they deserve when they are away from home.

Rocket and Nebula had a great 9 day stay. During our vacation, the we received e mail with updates and photos, which was very nice. The rooms are setup very clean and in a very cat-friendly manner. Caring staff. An absolutely wonderful service and establishment. Will use again when needing to board our furry lil family.

We contacted Judy at Creekside Cats early this year when our home flooded to take care of our cats while the renovations happened. From my first contact with Judy to today she and her entire team has been nothing but absolutely wonderful. Through COVID, they have incredible safety protocols in place and have made us feel comfortable visiting our cats. Their facility is lovely, spacious, clean and the cats have lots of things to keep them entertained and comfortable. One of the cats is so in love with Judy I'm fairly certain he thinks she's his new owner! They are well groomed, well fed and given so much love by everyone on the team. We thought they would be there for 8-10 weeks based on the estimate but they are still there and as much as we miss them, we know they are in the best of hands. Huge thanks to Judy & team for all your hard work!

Beware that they use clay base litter produce. If mixed with water, this kind of litter will create concrete that sticks under the paws. This is what happened to my cat when I brought him to Creekside for 3 weeks. He came back home with so much concrete under his paws that he had difficulty walking and kept licking it to try to remove it. When I messaged Judy, she told me it was his fault because he plays with his bowl (even though I had brought his own bowl, which he never plays with). She never said she was sorry and basically blamed the poor cat. I am very disappointed that they didn't even bother checking him as it is their responsibility to care for the cats staying there. They should make sure to ask the clients about their cats behaviours prior to their stay if they know it can cause an issue.

We left our 2 cats with Judy and her team for 9 days while we were away on vacation. I was nervous as it's the first time I've been away from them so long, but Judy's knowledge and attention go detail instantly put me at ease. They have taken care of our boys the way we would have, and the regular updates and photos allowed me to relax and enjoy our trip! I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Your pets will be in excellent hands!

I recently boarded my three boys, Arthur, Gremlin, and Mowgli, with Creekside Cats Boarding Hotel for an extended stay while I was on holiday. From the moment I contacted Creekside Cats Boarding Hotel about using their services until I picked up the boys after my return, the experience was absolutely stellar!The boys had a wonderful time in their own room with things to climb on, hiding places to explore, and views of the farm surrounding the hotel. Judy and Lena were in regular contact with me via e-mail and text while I was away, sending updates and photos of the boys.Between the excellent customer service, care, and cleanliness of their facility, Creekside Cats Boarding Hotel is the premium experience; they truly set the standard for feline boarding hotels. I recently had my cat Bella stay at Creekside for several weeks while moving and both Bella and I couldn't be happier with our experience and the level of care that she received. I used to work at Creekside from 2014 - 2018 and their standards are still impeccable; the perfect mix of personalized cat-centered care and vet-recommended practices that result in the best outcome for the cat. What I mean by this is that they work with you and your cat's routine and follow these home practices (but away from home), and they also protect the hotel and all the cats as a whole by requiring vaccines and flea protection. I have always admired the detail and art behind Judy's business and she has always been a role model to me, but as a customer of hers now she did not let me down. Since I was still in town, I was able to call Judy to arrange visits to see my cat and ask questions about how she is doing. My cat has some minor health issues, including anxiety and urinary troubles, and Judy and staff member Leah really took the time to help her transition go smoothly and make sure her good health was maintained. I will always love Creekside and I will always go to them for my cat boarding needs, and I urge everybody who is in need of cat boarding to do the same.
