I called them Tuesday needing a dumpster they said they had one available and will drop it off to me Friday as i have a big roofing job to do tomorrow ( Saturday) and they decide to call me 4:40pm on a Friday afternoon telling me they can't drop it off and I have to wait till Tuesday. We'll that's not happening. Now I'm stuck for the weekend and don't have anytime to find another place to drop a dumpster off before tomorrow morning. Do not rely on this company if you have an important job to get done.

I dunno who has the hilden run but takes garbage when he feels like it been bags just diapers don't take them decides to take next time just flings door open on garbage bin which is old freezer broke hinges left rock on ground that I keep on top hit with snow blower didn't bother to take garbage this time it's full can't get nomore in never had an issue with Miller's if we're up to me I would of kept them don't care for this service at all

Our driveway is long & sloped, and when snow is down, it can only be accessed by large trucks if it is well sanded. I explained this to them when I called for the dumpster we rented to be picked up. I had the driveway plowed and I personally put so much sand down that the driveway was completely brown with it. (I keep 1- 3 tons of grit sand in a heated building for such purposes). They did not show up that day. That night we had a nor'easter come through and when I was at work the next day, they decided to come out. Of course they got stuck. That evening I had the driveway plowed & sanded again and called them the next morning and told them the driveway was good for them to have the dumpster picked up. They said the driveway was not cleared when they came out before, and I told them it was clear and sanded, but they chose to wait until after a storm to come out. I offered to send a pic of the newly plowed and sanded driveway, but they refused that offer. They did come out that day after all, but It was quite a fiasco & a lot of extra work on my part to get this dumpster picked up.There's a reason this company only has 1 star....I would not recommend renting from them, there are others out there.
