The dispatcher was extremely rude to the point where trying to confirm if the taxi will be 10 minutes or 30 minutes makes him shut off the phone after calling it a stupid question. People have places to be and NEED reliable service and communication. The attitude is just completely unnecessary and plain rude.The car who came had ripped up seats and handles taped up with masking ripped tape, it smelled horrible as much as it looked sketchy. The driver asked questions about my appearance (I’m a woman) and after me explaining that I don’t like to talk much, he said he expected to be tipped nicely despite telling me that the flat rate was 2x MORE costly than the actual rate that showed up on the meter.

Driver showed up early and called us to let us know. Drive to Airport was very good. Nice driver. I would use again. Fairly priced.

Something for the owner to remember... while your cabs in the area are lined up at Wonderland to get a nice run to Toronto, you are screwing over the citizens of Vaughan. We will remember and you should remember 8 months of the year YOU need us. We will remember.

Driver was running 5 minutes late due to traffic but called to let me know. Still got me to the airport in plenty of time.

Extremely rude dispatcher and dishonest driver. My mom took a taxi and was charge $ 18.00, her wallet fell out on the seat, however when we call the dishonest driver return the wallet but he stole $ 80.00 from it

Astro Taxi company stole 24.00 from my dad and overcharged the ride that was 2 minutes away and denied the pick up. The owner of the company Pritpal is the worst person to deal with and didn't even help the situation and dismissed and disregarded the whole situation and hung up on me. Also, his dispatcher all of sudden didn’t remember but agreed with me that he shouldn’t of been charged that much now is also ignoring me to and brushed me off and hung up on me and directed me to talk to another supervisor, totally disgusting service and unprofessional.I would never use this taxi service again or recommend it to anyone!

Terrible experience today. Cab driver drove me 35 minutes & charged me $100. When I got into the vehicle I asked for flat fee and he said it’s better we go by the metre. Half way through the trip he goes oh shoot I forgot to turn on the metre. So we need to do flat fee. It’s $100. I questioned him saying basically what any logical person would say & said that fee is ridiculous and he proceeded to say please give it now and in cash only. I felt like I was extorted and I will be reporting this to the business bureau because it’s absolutely scam worthy. I didn’t have the Uber app but I downloaded it to check what the same ride would cost and it was $46. No wonder traditional taxi businesses are going out of business.

Absolute pleasure to meet the driver John!I had just st arted a new job on November 30th and I didn't have any money in the bank for an uber or lyft service.I had not received my first paycheck yet.It would be in the bank in the morning.But I did have $100 in cash, 5 twenties.My sister Cathy had been lending me money for gambling and beers!I'm kidding!!She has been supporting me with food and rent and clothes and tools for my new job.I sometimes take years to pay debts and we calculated that I had borrowed $4,600 and I paid Cathy $3000 on January 28 and 400 dollars January 29th the remaining $1,200 was a gift to me from Janet my other sister. And on January 29th 2023 as I sat at Gaby's pub waiting for my daughter to celebrate my 61st birthday!I donated $1,200 to the Salvation Army in my Eldest sisters name of course.It was a strange experience I was so proud of my sisters. They believed in me andThe car is clean.John's an accomplished driver came from the comfort of his home. so that I didn't have to spend the night in the dark ditch at the 407 and Martin Grove Rd. John was Entertaining and Astro Taxi has a great company model.You can't get that human empathy from an app!

Called from Cortelucci Hospital in Maple at 2 a.m. Before I even said where I needed to go, was informed no drivers available for 45 minutes to an hour. Terrible.
