Diana is a legend and Jeanine is amazing. We had a ho hum house and they came in. Came up with a plan on what to renovate. What was important. And put in countless hours nights and weekends getting the house ready. They did way more than we ever expected and did it with a smile. Cool , fun ,smart women who know there stuff. As a finishing touch made it look like an gorgeous boutique hotel and we got over asking with multiple offers within two days. On the back end found us our dream house for a great value. My family are in love with our new place and we have Diana and her dedicated staff to thank for it. I was actually sad when it was over because It was such a blast working with her/them . People who love what they do are the people you want to use. I highly recommend Bradbury.

If anyone needs a realtor in Hamilton, I highly recommend Randy Andrejciw from Bradbury Estate Realty Inc. Randy helped us sell our home in Hamilton and buy one in New Brunswick during the early, chaotic weeks of the COVID-19 pandemic. Randy quickly adapted to the disrupted real-estate market selling our home quickly for a good price. Randy went above and beyond by helping us declutter and prep the house for market. Randy also helped us liaise with realtors in New Brunswick and he came up with a system for a sort of work from home" approach to house hunting; this "work from home" house hunting was vital to us as we were unable to go on a house hunting trip to New Brunswick due to COVID-19. I would not recommend Bradbury unfortunately. We bought during the high end of the market and they were unable to negotiate a fair price. She essentially gave up due to the crazy market conditions and wasn’t willing to work with us further. The other issue is the house we ultimately bought Bradbury toured for us on FaceTime as we were out of the country. To say she oversold it is an understatement. The “walk in” closet she described is a cubby, the bedrooms were tiny by todays standards, and since it’s an older house the ceilings are way too short.Overall when it came to having our needs first she was ultimately uninterested and wanted to offload us as clients during a crazy time in the market. We went with a more popular agency in Burlington and are having a much better experience now.

I want to say first off that having moved a few times we are never big fans of moving you never know the unexpected things that happen especially this type of move to the east coast etc ,but working with this group has been amazing.Every detail from listing our house ,staging our house ,and selling our house was seamless.
