Excellent client service. Far better than any other service provider in this business.Abdul was patient, explained all the potential choices we may have for the 3 services we needed.I would like to do a big shout out for Abdul. Abdul’s manager Sam was very professional when she answered her employees questions or assisted them. The camaraderie between everyone who worked there was excellent.

Alex at the Bayview village location is the man to see!!!!!He is patient, honest and an all around good guy. He has helped me on multiple occasions with my phone and internet issues and is always there when I have a question even when he is busy. The day I upgraded my phone he stayed late after closing, just so I could get my new phone up and running properly!! He is never pushy and you can tell, he is just a genuinely good person. If you are in the market to upgrade your phone or anything else, go see Alex, he is a pleasure to deal with!!!!!!! Thanks Alex!!!!!!!!

So disappointed! You are not welcome at all if not getting a new phone plan or something profitable for them! Its not bell customer service, its just an authorized independent bell dealer! do it online and save on activation fees just by chatting with bell, they are super nice and get you the best deal!
