Fast service and great experience. Woman over the phone suggested we come in with our door locks to save money and that was really helpful to us, since our car was stolen and along with it our house keys. During a time where stress was high and money issues were a worry, we got both locks changed and new keys cut for $30. Highly recommend!!

My office has used these guys for years. They are knowledgeable and so friendly and helpful. The store is a fun place to visit. It is actually very interesting. And they have almost everything you could need in stock.

I have enjoyed great service from Head's fixing the ignition switch in 2 of our Honda vehicles. Very Speedy and priced right! I will state that I did remove them from the vehicle and took them into thier shop.

Couldn't be happier! just a few hours to cut a fresh key for a 73' 240Z. I delivered the ignition and door lock to them to save a buck and the total cost for them to generate two keys out of thin air was $45. spectacular :)

Incredible! $25 to fix a lock on a honda civic 2008. Their pricing is unbeatable (I called every locksmith in the city)! They have about 80 years of experience. As well, they take great pride in their work and business. I cannot recommend this place enough! What a fantastic find!!!!! Thank you!

Very amateur. Totally butchered a motorcycle ignition lock.These guys have apparently never heard of a drill, as they chose to use a hacksaw to remove security fasteners, cutting through the lock body itself.Could have wrapped it in a rag before they put it in a vice, but nah, wreck that too.They didn't replace the fasteners they mangled for disassembly, they just reused them. And since they cut the slots off-center, they couldn't torque it back together properly.I then had to use a hand file to fix the key they made for me so it would work without jiggling.Overall, wish I had just bought a $3 blank and guessed at it myself. Brutal.

The service of Head's Lock & Key Works is phenomenal. I was snapped my key in half inside the door of my car the other day, and I was in an incredibly tight bind as I needed to use my car the next morning for work. Not only were the employees incredibly kind, but they stayed behind an hour after close to help me get my car fixed because I was in such a desperate situation. Not only that but when it came to pay the bill it was LESS THAN HALF, of what every other company was charging in the area. If you need a locksmith do yourself a favour and go straight to Head's Lock and Key Works, you will not be disappointed in the genuine service and great prices they offer.

Amazing place! Super experienced and knew what key I had right away. It was an older model of a relatively standard key. So it wasn’t available at other lock stores. They also had the new model but went through their back room and were able to find what I needed! Then he was able to cut it quickly and accurately. He was super understanding of my situation and was super nice. Very happy I went to this place! They really went above and beyond especially for such a small key cutting project.It should speak for itself that I never post reviews. But I was very impressed and wanted to give them the recognition they deserve

Although our shop is temporally closed. We will meet you at our old shop to do lock work. We have a temporary shop in Deer Ridge at the moment if easier for drop off. Sorry for any trouble this causes for the short term. Thank You to all our loyal customers.

First time customer, highly recommended!Somebody tried stealing my truck, drilled out the ignition cylinder housing and door lock.Got some old parts from pick n pull - ignition housing, ignition cylinder and door lock cylinder, brought them to Head’s. They had them all fixed up and coded to my original keys before the end of the day for a great price.
