got rid of all cash registers but 2 at the service desk. rest are self checkout.i stood in line to greet the human earning a paycheck. she was friendly and efficient.not impressed by this change from a canadian company

How many employees you axe putting in self checkouts. Absolutely disgusted!!! This review is a direct shot at upper management. Employees on the floor are fantastic!

Nov.16/22 Greatly disappointed were the GT stores are going. I hope this store does not go the route that some of the other stores are going.Strathroy store, Springbank store have made the plus size selections to a much smaller size area. Everything bunched in together , poor display for plus size women to see.The regular size areas remain large areas, great displays spread out for women to see.Greatly disappointed were this is going. I lived GT . Not happy with your changes. I hope you read this GT and rethink your strategy.

Was there about a week or so ago it was my first time using the self check out I was a bit shocked seeing the changes (not a bad thing but a lot changed) I saw that they now have paper bags which is great but it was raining so I reached for a reusable bag and had trouble looking for the price tag I glanced over at the one cashier and she knew instantly I needed help and came right over after she finished serving the customer at her checkout which I really appreciated it turns out it is on the inside but yeah was very impressed today that the cashier noticed me needing assistance and came right over I felt so thankful and greatful
