Looking to upgrade my phone so I called ahead of time to see if they had the phone in stock. Mandeep told me he has one and even put it on hold. Low and behold I get to the store and he didn't have the phone and sold the last one without saving it.Terrible customer service and a waste of time and gas.

I spoke to Justin at Steinbach Bell store,After spending 3 1/2 hours with technical support trying to fix my hotspot connection. Justin was the most polite and helpful person to me he gave me the information I needed to fix my problem. I would highly recommend Steinbach Bell.

When your completely locked out of your phone and they spend 2-3 hr between phones, and your laptop and get it open couldn't be more grateful. The worker deserves more than 5 stars for his time and efforts.

Just spoke on the phone with a Bell representative named Harsh and I can say I've never received better customer service. He was extremely informative, very patient and great at explaining things in a way that I understood. Thanks for the great experience.

Whenever I've gone into this location the employees don't care to notice you're there, even though the store is empty. They are very rude, and don't seem to care to be truly helpful. Considering I was also in the cellular industry for 3+ years, when I got to talk to reps from this location, the conversation started with them telling me stories on how annoying they found customers, then proceeded to tell me stories that were extremely insulting to the elderly in this community. If you need cellular help, go to The Mobile Shop in superstore, they will actually help.

I got my cable set up as we were moving furniture in my apartment and as I was putting the tv on the stand the cable was installed too short. I called the cable guy back and he told me to go out and buy one. So I went and spent $40 on a cable for the cable TV I pay for every month

The customer service here is clueless when it comes to dealing with prepaid wireless accounts. Better to just phone MTS to deal with issues instead of this location. Never want to return to this location ever again.

Like to say one thing and yet they do a different thing. Make sure that they have you as a client. And get you to forget about something that is just a temporary payment so you can continue paying $20 a month for two years for nothing

I am trying to open a business so I needed a landline, I was given a day and window as to when they’d arrive (a 4 hour window at that 12-4) and no one showed up. I don’t have time to sit around and wait for someone to show up they need a better system for this. Thoroughly unimpressed if I could give -5 stars I would. Not to mention all of their cell phone accessories are way overpriced for garbage products.
