The best place for tires in red deer. They’re so nice and helpful. Highly recommend!!!!

Called an hour ahead and an hour later get a call back saying they have the tires we need. Get to the shop and we spend 20 minutes picking out our own tires. Charged us more than the quote for the two used tires. Front desk worker(Mohammed) was no help what so ever. This business is very unorganized and unethical. I will never suggest this shop to anyone. The only thing good about that shop was the rim worker.

The same great service! Stopped in under an emergency and I was helped immediately with lots of laughs and friendly service. Was in and out within a half hour. Would highly recommend The tire guy's RD!

Len was awesome!!! Got me in short notice a d when he seen there was a really easy fix he brought me back in the shop and explained the issue, they fixed it a d he didnt charge for the half hour they worked on my car at all. Costomer servise was beyond anything you see in this area ever. Thanks again! I am dropping my other car off now for the rest of the fixes i need. I would recomend these guys to a yone at all. He even offered to do a fix that was out of the normal for thier shop!

Dented rim? Curb rash? No problem. Sent all 4 rims in to get rid of a bad dent and lots of curb rash. Not my fault, that’s how I purchased them. These guys straightened them out and filled the bad curb rash and did a fantastic paint job. So shiny I though there might be metal flake in the paint. Very happy with there services. I’ll definitely will be back with my summer rims.Thanks guys and galls.

The nicest gentleman changed our flat tire and put on a new one in 20 minutes, 30 minutes before closing on a long weekend. We are so grateful for them!

Sold me 13 year old tires. took 5 trips in the shop every time “the owner wasn’t there” was NINE days before he got back to me and once I finally got ahold of him he was very rude and told me he wouldn’t replace them unless I forked out another couple hundred dollars when I shouldn’t have even paid for these ones in the first place. NEVER trust these guys super unprofessional and will rip you off. Owner acted like the tires were completely fine whereas 2 other mechanics have told me I shouldn’t be driving on them let alone been sold them in the first place. Save your money I’m wishing I did. Owner also told me “I should’ve came into the shop sooner rather than calling in” when I had been in FIVE times, does he not communicate with employees? Beyond ridiculous.

These guys made me feel like family. I really can’t begin to thank them enough for the experience I had. I was driving from Edmonton to Calgary and my tire exploded on the highway. I was in such a state of shock that I called almost a dozen places in Reddeer trying to find someone to help me get a replacement tire to get to Calgary then back home and either I was told no or I would have to pay $1100 because they would only replace all of my tires. When I called the shop the gentleman told me of course he could help me if I could get there safe. It took me over an hour to make a 20 min drive on my spare tire and he called me twice to make sure I was making out okay on the highway. He met me outside of the shop and greeted me with a smile and was able to replace my tire in what seemed like record time as I calmed down in their office. He charged me a third of what I was quoted anywhere else and I’m sure kept his shop open later than normal to help me out. I’m not sure I can truly express how much they helped me the other day and I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but he made sure I was smiling and laughing when I left as he reassured me they had taken care of everything for me. I actually hugged him when I left because I was on the verge of sobbing again after thinking I was potentially going to be stranded or have my bank account drained replacing all of my tires somewhere else. So thank you thank you thank you Tire Guys for the service, the next time I am in Red deer I will be sure to swing by and bring something to repay your immense kindness! ~Marissa

So I came here to get just one tire originally as I got a flat and no spare. So they were so helpful even though he was working on 3 different cell phones doing 3 different orders plus on his computer . He stopped took me out back firstly and wow the amount of tires. The entire yard is chest high with any brand make size new used wear percentage imaginable. So he first found me the exact same brand of tire and size that I already had and super fast, but it also had the same amount of wear as mine so huge bonus points for that. Then I figured hey I might as well find a fitting steel wheel and tire to work for my spare so he double checked the rim size the car originally had then checked my aftermarket rim size to make sure the found the right steel rim which after he took me upstairs. Same kinda inventory. I was jaw dropped in the amount of very well priced rims. Everything from steel to aftermarket to OEM about waist height. He checked the bolt spacing offset and hub diameter and then found me another really good tire same size as my other one. I needed exact matches as I have awd so it was all such a great price. Saved me hundreds fro. Going to a tire shop to buy 2 brand new tires and a rim. Which was around 700 at the cheapest tire shop. Thank you guys for your awesome service and I will be back again. They installed everything and balanced the two and I was in and out in around 45 minutes. Oh and he also gave me a free bottle of water. Super nice guys and super helpful. Thank you guys again
