Jeanne Sauve Picnic Area

Great place for hikes, scenic walks, and you can splash around in the shallow beach area. They also have a playground for young children.

Perfect picnic place in Lethbridge. Not too busy.

A great spot to enjoy lunch on the North end of Pavan Park. There are several picnic tables and fire pits, a small playground, washrooms (closed during the colder months, but there are washrooms normally open at the end of the main park road near the river).There is a paved path winding through the picnic area and around a small pond. The grass in the picnic area is mowed.Pavan park is a great area to explore with several shale trails and equestrian trails leading up the coulees and along the river.

Great setup with a playground for the kiddies (and energetic elders). Located within Pavan Park, nature, including the river, is the main attraction. The picnic tables are somewhat secluded from each other and there is a washroom facility open during the season.
